Review of Jagannath Institute of Management Sciences, Vasant Kunj.
Placements: Placements opportunities offered by our college are great, students who have more knowledge get placements easily. JIMS offers the best package for placements. JIMS provides the best internships opportunities and job placements in well-reputed companies like Wipro, Amazon, HCL, etc.
Infrastructure: Library facilities are impressive, and it provides books of different authors. The infrastructure of the college is good and provides facilities like Wi-Fi, laboratories for every different course and have specific teams for sports, etc. College's canteen is well maintained and provides good food.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are good, supportive, and also help in the theoretical part. Faculty members are qualified but some faculty members do not even bother to teach in lectures. Laboratory classes are taken daily to enhance the practical part of the lecture.
Other: I opted for this course because I am seeking a career in journalism, and JIMS provide better facilities for BAJMC.

JIMS VK- Top College for B.A. (JMC) course.
Placements: Almost 80% of students get placements from the college. The college offers the highest package of Rs 10 LPA, the lowest package is Rs 4 LPA and the average salary offered varies between Rs 5-7 LPA. Top companies recruiting B.A. (JMC) students include PR Agency, event companies, start-ups, and news channels including Zee, Aaj Tak, and more. Students can apply in various fields including PR and Event Agencies, Content writing, reporting, Advertising Agency, video editing, and ilm making etc. The highest package for B.A. (JMC) is Rs 5 LPA, the lowest package is Rs 2 LPA, and the average salary offered is Rs 3 LPA. Around 90% gets internship from the course in companies including Hindustan Times, Indian Express, Zee Networks, NDTV, production houses, and Top PR, Advertising as well as Event Agencies.
Infrastructure: The college has fully air-conditioned classrooms with smartboards for better understanding. All the floors are well-equipped with a Wi-Fi facility. The college has separate labs for all the courses as per the requirement, all the labs have proper equipment like computers, DSLRs, teleprompters, and projectors. The college has its own Radio Lab to run campaigns around locality. There is no hostel facility but students can opt for PGs around the college campus. Also, the canteen food quality is fine with reasonable price.
Faculty: The teachers are real assets of the college. The faculty members are highly qualified and have great work experience in their fields. They will help you in getting placements as well through their connections in media. The faculty members organizes various activities, seminars, and industrial visits that helps in understanding the subjects. I wanted to be in the PR field, this course helped me to appoint as a PR trainee in a PR Agency. Different subjects in every semester in different fields give you insight about the fields present in media is the best thing about the course. College should increase industrial visits for the students and provide internships in which students are really interested. Satisfied with the faculty, but the placements are offered to only a few students.
Placements: Around 30% of students got placed, with an average package of about 3 LPA. A lot of students got opportunities to intern in a few big companies. In my course, students get jobs as reporters, journalists, PR personal, event manager, creative head in advertising department etc.
Infrastructure: I would say that the infrastructure for my course is average. Wi-Fi is not easily accessible for students. Computers in the labs are less. The photography lab could have more cameras and equipment. I did not get enough exposure in the radio lab as well. Practical knowledge could have been provided in a better manner. There was no hostel for us in the college, but there was a decent canteen, and the food was also decent and affordable. The college lacked sports facilities since there was no proper field for sports activities.
Faculty: The faculty members are knowledgeable, qualified and supported us in every way they could. All the teachers had their different teaching style, yet every one of them nailed at their job. Their efforts were highly appreciable. The course curriculum is designed in such a way, which helps the students in their careers. Semester exams are not that difficult, and students can easily score decent marks. The pass percentage is 40%.

This college is very good for career opportunities and has very good faculty members.
Placements: It is a good college to get placements, but we have to maintain a good CGPA. The salary package depends upon the score of students. Hence there are various companies that come for the placement process. Students with good CGPA get placed easily.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. Wi-Fi, labs and classrooms are well-maintained. The canteen and all the facilities are provided in a very good manner. The quality of food is also good and proper. Facilities of this college are quite good, and everything is up to the mark.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful and motivating. They are qualified and also help us to get rid of our problems. They help us in various aspects. Teaching quality is good. This course is very good for career opportunities and to work as a freelancer. It makes students aware of the industry.
Other: I have chosen this course because this course is very good for career opportunities. The best thing about this course is that it is very motivating and helps us to know about the outer world and explore it. Various events take place, which is a great career opportunity for students.

The college has good infrastructure and teachers.
Placements: 60-70% of students got placed. The lowest package offered is 5 LPA, and the highest package is 6 LPA depending on students' skills and knowledge. Many top recruiting companies like Ajj Tak, NDTV, Radio 93.3, Zee, Netflix, Amazon, Star, The Hindu, Times of India and many others come here.
Infrastructure: Many facilities are provided, like booklets and magazines, different articles and labs. Facilities are fine, but the food quality can be improved. There are medical facilities, but games and sports are not held on campus. The department should have to work on it.
Faculty: The teachers are very well-educated and are eventually talented in many ways. Teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant, but it can be improved. It makes the students ready as it creates curiosity. I am very glad that I have good teachers.
Other: I chose this course because I have a keen interest in this field. The best thing about this course is we can interact with people and community.
