Friendly campus life, highly supportive teachers, and standard placements.

Placements: Many students get recruited by Tata Electric. Many are selected as freshers in famous companies like Infosys. The overall maximum salary is expected to be around 12 LPA. I have not heard of anything higher than that. The college provides internships for students from the first year onwards, but students should not expect a stipend. They may have to pay an amount to get a certificate. The internships may be online as well as offline, but they do not provide any kind of stipend.

Infrastructure: The quality of the infrastructure is average. There is no AC in any classroom, but there are ACs in a few labs, except the Chemistry and Physics labs. The hostel infrastructure is poor. The classrooms are average. Some are much bigger, while some are small. There are CCTV cameras in all classrooms to ensure discipline.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and friendly. They have good teaching quality, which makes students industry-ready. The exams are very difficult. This course is provided under the KTU university syllabus, so the syllabus is not updated. The exams are very difficult to pass. Students need at least 24 marks out of 60 to pass. In many cases, university tries to fail students to make money.

Other: I chose this course because of my interest. My course is in demand and is one of the high-paying courses.
