Satisfied with my college experience of this 2 years.

Placements: Above 65% of students got placed from information technology course during the year 2024-2025. The highest package is 12 LPA and the lowest package is 3 LPA. The average package is 3 LPA-4 LPA. The top recruiting companies are ZOHO, TCL, Wipro, and Accenture. Above 75% of students got internships from information technology course in Corizo, Cognizant, and Novitech.

Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure with neat classrooms and labs. In the IT department, the WI-FI is only in the staff room and the password will be shared with the students when the students' tasks from the staff. The quality of the hostel is above average, and the food is average. This college places give importance on sports and there are 2 grounds in the college. One is near the university and the other is near hostel. Medical facilities are very poor in the college.

Faculty: The teachers in this college are very helpful to the students in their career guidance and to complete their course in the college. Most of the teachers are qualified with their PG, and they are well updated with the current world. The quality of the teaching is 5 out of 5 and we can easily understand the concept by the industrial practical examples. This college faculty helps the students to be ready to work at the software companies through their placement training from the 3rd semester. The semester exam is a little different because this college is affiliated with Anna University.

Jeppiaar Engineering College is really the best college.

Placements: Jeppiaar Engineering College placements are very good every year. Nearly 95% of the students get internships. This college arranges a lot of campus interviews for the students to get better placements. The highest salary package is 10LPA with the lowest salary being 2.7LPA.

Infrastructure: This college provides better classrooms facilities. Multiple laboratories also built in this college. There is a well stocked library as well. They have one of the biggest auditoriums in the city. The hostel mess provides a variety of foods. Sports grounds are also available in the college.

Faculty: Jeppiaar Engineering College professors are highly qualified and experienced. Their teaching techniques are very good. They conduct more practical classes, workshop and events every month for the students to gather more knowledge and score high in thebexams.

Other: Jeppiaar Engineering College infrastructure is very beautiful. Course’s fees structure is low. The college management conducts festival events every month. Transportation facility provided by the college is good.

Dissatisfied because of the worst management ever.

Placements: The placement opportunities at this college are average, with a clear bias towards CSE and IT degrees. If you're pursuing any other degree here, you might find it difficult to secure placement opportunities. Therefore, if you're considering a different field of study, this college may not be the ideal choice for you.

Infrastructure: The hostel management is very poor, lacking in maintenance and amenities, and the food here is very bad; they don't even care about food problems; many students skip morning meals; water is also a major problem; and amenities like haircuts and dress washing, which were just recently added, aren't even open all the time. Overall, the hostel in this college is the worst; you can rent a room outside, and the hostel feels like it costs 50,000 per year.

Faculty: Teachers don't even know up-to-date technology to keep students updated; some faculty members don't even come to class to teach. They don't even cover the subject, even though the semester is nearing. This is the situation in my department. I don't know about other depths; I passed all my exams by studying using YouTube, and the main thing is that the college loots lots of money in the name of exams. The faculty members in CSE are the worst, but some teachers are good; they somewhat support students.

Our college placements were very good.

Placements: Our college provides very good placement opportunities for their students. Overall, 50–60% of students get on-campus placements at our college with a good salary package. The average package offered was around 4–8 LPA. The top recruiting companies in our college were Tata, Indigo, Reliance, NASA, DRDO, etc. In our college, some students get internships at various government institutes.

Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure of our college was well maintained and developed. A Wi-Fi facility was available on the entire campus. The library of the college had more than 12000 books. Hostel facilities were also available at our college. Hostel apartments were neat and clean. The food at the mess was average.

Faculty: Our college teachers were really helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Teachers were providing the best quality education to the students. The curriculum of our course was relevant and made students job-ready. Semester exams were also not hard to pass for the students, who mostly focused on practical knowledge.

The faculty are very good.

Placements: The overall placement opportunities were good at our institution. Almost 60% of my friends got placed. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Careernet, ICICI, and GMR. They were offered a decent package at that time. Initially, those who got placed were almost offered a package of 3 lacs and above annually.

Infrastructure: Our hostel is the best thing about our college life. Each room has beds, two large-size shelves and two large-size bathrooms with attached western toilets and washbasins. A more spacious one with a huge balcony, RO facilities and our hostel food would be the best. Each day, they have a special menu, except Friday. We will have non-vegetarian food every day. Their chicken gravy, fried rice, and mangoes are top-notch. The hostels will be within walkable distance from the college only; inside the college only, they have hostels. Hostel Fee: INR 20,000 per year.

Faculty: As our college comes under Anna University, our college doesn't play any role in the curriculum. It's according to Anna University's standards. But the curriculum has been opting for the course. I took an MBA in Finance/HR. I came to know many things about finance after studying. Class size:-57 The course costs INR 35000 per year.
