Jindal School of Environment and Sustainability BSc course is offered only in one specialisation, i.e., BSc (Hons) Environmental and Sustainable Development. The eligibility requirements for admission to the JSES BSc is as follows:
Eligibility: Successful completion of the Class 12 examination in any stream from an Indian or recognised international board CBSE |ISC | State Board | Cambridge | IB | NIOS).
Selection: The school for admissions into the BSc course follows a three-stage admission process:

Step 1: JSES BSc Application Process 2026
Students can apply online for the BSc course:
Step 1.1: Go to the JSES admission portal and register with an active email and mobile number.
Step 1.2: Complete personal and educational details, and upload a recent passport-sized photograph and signature.
Step 1.3: Students should have attached the scanned copies of their Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, graduation transcripts (or latest semester marks for final-year students), SOP, etc.
Step 1.4: Pay the JSES BSc application fee of around INR 2,500.
Step 1.5: Submit the form.
Step 2: Entrance Exam
After qualifying the basic eligibility requirements, students need to appear for the entrance. Also, students can either take the university's Online Entrance Test (typically an Open Book Test - OBT) or provide valid scores from recognised national or international tests (such as JSAT, SAT, ACT, or LSAT).
After completing the minimum eligibility requirements, students need to appear for the accepted entrance test (JSAT/ ACT/ CUET UG). Along with the entrance exam scores, students need to submit a 300-word reflective piece outlining motivations and academic/extracurricular accomplishments.
