It is a unique research institute in eastern India, and it provides huge opportunities.

Placements: Institute is relatively new, but it has got tie-ups with premier institutes and universities in India and abroad like IIT Kharagpur, Mahatma Gandhi University, Pohang Institute of Technology, South Korea, etc., and other Industries like IPA, rubber industries, pharmaceutical industries, etc. So there are high chances of getting placed in these reputed industries and universities after completion of the course. Some students already got placed as research interns.

Infrastructure: Laboratories are well-equipped with high tech instruments which are helpful for students and researchers to carry out their research works. The institute is well-equipped with computer labs and wet labs. Classrooms are good here. There is a centralised Wi-Fi system. The JIS University have dedicated hostels for their students, and there are a lot of PGs in the vicinity of the institute at Salt Lake. So, finding any living accommodations would not be an issue here.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful and cooperative. They are friendly and clears all our doubts at any point of the day. They encourage and motivates us to grab opportunities which is very much required from a mentor or teacher. They taught us online because of the ongoing pandemic, but they did not make us feel any differences between the online or offline classes. The way each topic are covered is awesome. Exams are conducted on online mode, and it was smooth and hassle-free. Weekly soft skill presentations classes are also conducted to prepare students for industries as well as academics. They groom you properly and make you ready to excel in both fields.

Other: Our college also provides scholarships based on merit and need. It provides an option of payments in installations. So, the financial condition won't be any obstacles in the way of learning. Scholarships will result in fees reduction.

The college has really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The placements are quite good here. The college has collaborations with national and international universities and industries like IITs, IPA, and MG University. It also has collaboration with different Korean universities. They provide internships also.

Infrastructure: The institute is well structured. Labs with modern instruments and classrooms with modern facilities are available. High-speed Wi-Fi is available. Labs have hi-tech, new and costly instruments. There is also an online and offline library. Overall, it is very good.

Faculty: All the teachers are very skilled in their own field. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They always encourage us. They teach us with extra care. This course curriculum is relevant and has broad prospects in both academics and industries. Semester exams are quite easy, and the pass percentage is 100%.

Other: The college provides scholarships for students based on their B.Sc. marks.
