It's a very well-known college.

Placements: Mostly junior engineers' roles are given, with an average package of 4.5 Lacs per annum. Saporji Pallonji is mainly the top company in recruitment. The lowest package is roughly 2 Lacs per annum, and the highest is 12 Lacs per annum. Mostly, anyone who wants a job can get placement by the college.

Infrastructure: Labs are top-class with certified facilities, with very nice quality instruments and machinery for practical learning. The library is also very quiet, and there are many books you can read and even take home with permission for many days. There are many canteens, all of which are vegetarian.

Faculty: Teachers and faculty members are well-qualified and have good experience in teaching. The course curriculum is not outdated; it's as per new requirements. Semester examination is not very difficult to pass; you only require 28 marks to pass out of 70 marks, which is easier, as per me.

It is one of the best colleges in Mumbai to pursue diploma in civil engineering.

Placements: Companies visited our college for placements. The salary package offered was around 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Afcons Infrastructure Ltd., Tata Consulting Engineers, etc. Placements in 2019 were good compared to previous years. Our college was good for placements.

Infrastructure: All the labs were available in our college for practicals. The library had course-related books. They were available at a very low cost. Grounds for volleyball and football were available for students. The food served in the canteen and mess was good.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful. They guide every student about the course. The curriculum of the course is relevant. It helps students to learn and grow. Exams taken in college are relevant for the students to learn and understand the concepts.

Other: It is one of the best colleges for events, campus surroundings, and extracurricular activities in Mumbai.

The campus and canteen are very good.

Placements: Very less percentage of students got placed from our course because most of the students go for a B.Tech degree after completion of the diploma course. Top recruiting companies for our course are L&T, Ambuja Cement, and many other companies.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available all over the campus. Classrooms are neat and clean, and classrooms are also spacious. The quality of food in the canteen is quite good.

Faculty: Teachers of the civil engineering course are good in behavior. Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is excellent. The civil engineering course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams in this college are normal.

Other: Events in this college are impressive. Extracurricular activities are also scheduled.

I am very satisfied with the college. Teachers are supportive, and there is a good infrastructure.

Placements: In K J Somaiya Polytechnic, many companies visit to offer placements for students. Salary packages offered are also decent, and the process of getting placed is very simple. Recently our course curriculum was introduced with 3 months of internship. So, we have to do a specified internship for 3 months.

Infrastructure: There is a beautiful campus. There are a lot of facilities and services like gymkhana, canteen, material testing lab, huge library and computer lab. Every lab and room has a different representative of that forte. The campus has its own free Wi-Fi.

Faculty: There are very nice teachers with good qualifications. They have a lot of experience in their fields. Our college has its own course curriculum, which is prepared based on students' reviews. The course curriculum is changed after every 8 years based on the reviews of passed-out students.

Other: In K J Somaiya Polytechnic, a lot of fests and awareness programs are organised throughout the year.

Excellent facilities, good education, excellent sports.

Placements: Placements are based on overall performance. Various overseas companies offer good packages. Also, companies like Tata and Reliance have come in regard to placements here. The best part about placements is that they offer very good packages to the deserving.

Infrastructure: College facilities are on another level from studies to sports and other facilities. The infrastructure is a little old but the facilities are excellent. The quality of food available in the canteen and mess is overall good. Medical facilities with first aid kits and other facilities are available. Sports are on another level. No other colleges provide such sports facilities.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and highly qualified. The teaching quality is also good The curriculum is different compared to other colleges because the style of college is autonomous. The exams are very tricky and hard. The minimum passing grade is 35 percent.
