B.Tech. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering - Batch of 2024
4.2
Honestly speaking, the overall is good. I rate is 9.5/10.
Placements: In 2024, when I graduated, almost 80% of students got placed and specifically the college supports other things like higher studies or any start-ups. Placements are about our skills. If we can stand, we can easily get. Some deviations are there due to layoffs in most of the companies.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are not that much because. I stayed in the hostel for 4 years. Every coin has two sides so the reason why I have been there for my entire engineering journey. From the hostel, the library is very near. Any time I used to go and study especially it was necessary at the time of exams also just to be disciplined and stay focused on my studies. They have a better environment for studies. I stayed in the hostel. The rest is your choice.
Faculty: The staff is really good and supportive. Talking about their knowledge, I'm not right to judge any teacher's knowledge but every teacher has the capabilities to give something best out of their knowledge to students so no doubt they're excellent. I used to be under the SPPU-affiliated batch so the curriculum was good and recently updated. Semester exams are tougher because SPPU University makes our question papers. Now, the college is autonomous. The college only sets the paper.
Other: The only reason behind choosing this course was from starting onwards, I was interested in knowing more about electronics. My favorite is the semiconductor industry. The curriculum has already been updated for the autonomous batch so I don't think anything to change or improve. Many third-year subjects are included in the 2nd year.

Faculty is very helpful.
Placements: Every year, 80 percent of students are being placed from my branch and average package is 4 LPA. There are many companies like Adani, ABB, etc. that visit our college for hiring; the lowest package is 2.8 LPA and the highest is 8 LPA, but our college does not provide internships.
Infrastructure: Our college has a Wi-Fi facility, every class has projector and our college library is also big but our canteen is not that much good and our campus contains two hostels, one for boys and the other for girls. The mess facility is okay, and our college ground is very big.
Faculty: Our college is autonomous and every semester has two exams: one is an insem of 20 marks and the other is an endsem of 60 marks, and 20 marks are for term work. Our faculty is very helpful to us; they are always available when needed and they are well qualified as well.

There are many things that the students might feel bad about, but looking towards the future.
Placements: In my course, almost 30 to 40 percent students are placed. The highest package offered in my course is 7 LPA, and the lowest offered is 1.8 LPA. The top recruiting companies for my courses are Bosch and Mahindra. There is no accurate data for the number of students who get internships in my course. The top roles offered in my course are junior trainee assistant.
Infrastructure: The campus and buildings of my college are old. Especially for my course, the labs are not fully developed and modern, but they are as good as required. Classrooms are old-style, equipped with projectors and PC also. Wi-Fi connection is provided in college for every room, but it's not always working. The library is the best part of college. The library is one of the best. The hostel facility is good. Food is average, and medical facilities are good.
Faculty: Teachers are supportive, helpful and well-qualified in my course. Their teaching style might feel boring and old school, but the knowledge they have about the course is incredible. The faculty for my course always motivates students to explore real-life competitions and takes us on field visits. The course curriculum is relevant, it might make students ready for the industry. The semester exams are the worst part of college, and they are also very hard. The assignment work before the exams is useless.
Other: The reason for choosing my course was my personal interest in the electronics field and its projects. The more real-world practices conducted, would be the best improvement. There are many activities conducted in college, but they are all student-conducted, and the college is not interested in them, even 1 per cent. There is only 1 event in college that is Maffick, and the whole year is just dry, college should conduct more cultural events.

Absolutely satisfied with the infrastructure, facilities, and good faculty members.
Placements: In 2022–23, 80–85% of the students found employment. The highest package was 18 LPA. The lowest package was 3 LPA. The average package was 6-7 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Abb, Datamatics, Infosys, TCS, Winjit, Amazon, Capgemini, Salesforce, and Zensar Technologies.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available all over the college, classrooms are well cleaned, the library is highly equipped and classrooms have digital boards. The hostel has various kinds of beds, good-quality food is available and the canteen contains various types of food material, which gives the students a choice. Medical facilities are available, with most of the hospitals near the college. Big sports grounds and various indoor and outdoor games are also present at the college.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in every aspect, whether it be academic or non-academic. They are well educated, with Ph.D.s in their fields. They use effective teaching techniques and courses are relevant to industry exposure and make the students industry-ready. Semester exams are very easy and in fact,  whatever the teacher teaches comes directly into the exam, so scoring is not so difficult.
Other: I chose this course because I was fascinated by communication skills and wanted to go to ISRO, so this field will definitely help me go there. Events and festivals are organized every semester and students talent is showcased in these events and festivals.

KK wagh Institute of Engineering Edu. & Research.
Placements: Almost 80% students got placed in mass hiring drives by major IT recruiter. The highest package is 10LPA and average is 3.6LPA. I personally got placed at infosys at the role of system engineer with 3.6LPA. All the students in final semester got atleast one internship offer. Top role offered is Embedded engineer by Qualcomm.
Infrastructure: College provides facilities like an external training of coding languages like python and Database. Wi-Fi is available in the library. Facilities in the hostel include gym, morning meal, hot & could water and quality of mess food was good from my point of view. Canteen's food is not healthy. Mostly, junk food is available in the canteen.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are helpful but some teachers get frustrated by silly things. Teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant to the industrial needs. If we have to pass then we need to secure atleast 27 marks out of 70.

Everything is very good, but not at the level of excellent.
Placements: 75% of students were placed in my course. The highest package was INR 12 LPA. The lowest package was INR 4 LPA. The average package was INR 8 LPA. The top recruiting companies were ABB, Capgemini, Siemens, and many more. Around 90% of the students get internships through college.
Infrastructure: All are good. Every classroom has a Wi-Fi facility. All the hostel facilities are good, and the food is average. Hostel rooms are quiet and average. Canteen food is good at an average cost. The college has a tie-up with a good hospital nearby and has a 24/7 ambulance facility from the college to the hospital.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is the best. This course is good and makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are at a moderate level, so everyone can clear them. The passing percentage is 40% and is not so hard.

Placements are good.
Placements: Almost 80% students get placed from my course. The highest package this year was 10 LPA and 18 LPA in the whole engineering course. The top recruiting companies are Bosch, tcs and infosys. The college doesn't provide internships but they give referrals.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is well maintained, There are various facilities like common rooms available and classrooms are spacious. They are provided with Wi-Fi. We have a Wi-Fi enabled campus with good speed. We have a canteen with good quality of food.
Faculty: The main reason everyone loves this college is that the faculty is extremely helpful. They always help us with their wide knowledge about the subjects. They are well qualified. The course is designed by Pune University which is actually a brand, so it is obviously curriculum relevant.

It is an excellent college.
Placements: Many of our seniors, after their internships, proceeded to take the PG examination to continue higher studies rather than get a job. There is a placement cell known as the University Employment Information and Guidance Bureau, which keeps students updated on the latest jobs and helps them with placements.
Infrastructure: It is an excellent college. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus, which has modern facilities. You can develop your skills in whichever field you want. The campus is safe.
Faculty: Faculty members are excellent, but some are unconcerned about us or the syllabus. Social-emotional learning practices are used by students to apply an idea, a belief, or a method to construct understanding. Their teaching qualities are good.
Other: It is too good to enjoy. There are numerous opportunities to participate in extracurricular activities. Our college organises dance, sports, NSS, NCC, music, etc.
