Review of K.S. Group of Institutions.
Placements: Only two students got placed during my course. The average package offered is 6 LPA by Toyota. There are internship opportunities in our course, and I got a good place to learn and get guidance from our dean. The college conducted an international conference, and it was a very nice experience, and we have learned many technical aspects to publish the papers.
Infrastructure: The labs and library were very nice, but the administration staff were not good enough. They didn't help us in getting scholarships. The canteen is good, and we spend our free time in the canteen. The library staff helped us a lot in finding reference books. Journals are also available.
Faculty: The teachers were very good. Our dean, Mahendra Babu sir, Vasudev sir, etc., were good. VTU syllabus is followed here. Students can't become industry-ready as only theory subjects are taught, and we already have studied a few subjects of them. In BE, the practical exposure provided is very less.
Other: I had an interest in design, so I chose this course, but it doesn't provide software skills required for us to be industry-ready.

Good infrastructure and facilities, good placement in 2015. The faculty members are good.
Placements: During the end of the fifth semester, a team from UST Global came to interview us. After finishing the interview they selected five students and told them to contact the team after the completion of M. Tech. On 2015 March 20, they joined UST Global and started working there. I and my three friends joined App Tech (software developing ) company after passing out in 2015.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is above average. Our college offers free Wi-Fi for all the students. All the classrooms have projectors and there is a large ground behind the building which is used to play football, cricket, etc. The college canteen rates are a bit higher when compared to other colleges. The lab facilities are average because the number of working computers in the lab are low compared to the number of students. The college hostel rooms are good. Food is also good. Few computers in the lab is the only issue.
Faculty: Our faculty members are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. They are very friendly. There teaching style is very helpful. They utilise the smart classrooms very much. Most of the faculty members use presentations to improve their teaching. The number of faculty is little low when compared to the students. Industrial visiting is done at correct times, there is no issue with it. In my opinion, the course curriculum was very useful.
Other: Our college is a good college when compared to the same level of colleges. I am very happy to study at this college. Our college offers a large area for games like football, cricket, other activities, etc. The college auditorium is next to the M. Tech department. It is an average sized building and can accommodate all the students in the college.

In addition, Candidate after qualifying the diploma, must also possess a minimum of Two Years Full Time Work experience as on the due date, of the year of admission, in a registered firm / Company / Industry / Educational and / Government Autonomous Organizations in the branch of Engineering / Technology, in which the candidates possess a Diploma and in which admission is sought by the candidates. |
| B.Arch | Candidate who have passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised Institute/ University can also apply. Candidates appearing for 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics in the current year may also provisionally appear for NATA-2023. |
