Great placements and facilities at KIET-W.

Placements: Around 85-90% of students were placed. The highest package was 45 LPA. The lowest salary was 4 LPA. The average salary ranges from 8 LPA - 10 LPA. Top recruiters were Amazon, Microsoft, Accenture, Cognizant, and TCS. 70-75% of students got internships with Intel, PWC, and Deloitte. These robust placement records reflect the quality of education and training.

Infrastructure: The department offered excellent facilities including Wi-Fi, modern labs, spacious classrooms, and a well-stocked library. Hostels were comfortable, with good food in the mess and canteen. Sports facilities include basketball, badminton, and running. NCC was also available for only girls' team 3rd Andhra and boys and girls with 18 Andhra.

Faculty: Teachers were highly qualified, knowledgeable, and always helpful. The teaching quality was excellent, with a focus on practical learning. The course curriculum was relevant and prepared students to be industry-ready. Semester exams were moderately difficult, with a high percentage.

I would say average, some benefits we have, and sometimes we really get opportunities.

Placements: Around 70 percent of students get placed. The lowest package is 2.5 LPA and the highest is 8 LPA. Companies like Infosys, Accenture, and Wipro visit the campus. Internships are pretty good in our college, but the best part is that we have coding clubs and a Toastmasters Club. Through these clubs, we get good exposure, skills, and learning. The Toastmasters Club helps us connect with company people.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi works only for a few members, not for everyone. Classrooms are good. Mess food is good, but they charge 4,500 per month, and the hostel fee is one lakh. We don’t have outings, a proper store, or a stationery shop inside the college. There are no facilities to feel free on campus.

Faculty: Some teachers are good, and some are too bad. Semesters happen very strictly, and mid exams are also conducted strictly. We have only a few labs, not labs for every subject. The college management is good and really takes care of women, but there are strict rules like no outings and no going home without holidays.

Other: My course is AIDS, and the best part is learning AI. There are more opportunities, but we need to learn skills on our own. No fests happen in our college.
