Good placements in 2025 with high packages.
Placements: Students are placed for good package salary with the help of the better placement training provided. Companies like Zifo and Biocon provide job offers and also internships. While many graduates enter into core biotech roles, some pursue higher studies, and some transfer to IT/data science.
Infrastructure: The department has a well-equipped laboratory and classrooms also have smartboards and Wi-Fi. In the library, we can able to access to review many research papers. Hostel is very clean and more secure space designed for students. The food provided in the hostel is very good.
Faculty: Teachers working at the college use modern pedagogical methods for teaching. Most of the teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Teachers encourage and motivate the students to participate in more inter-college competitions and also give guidance for their careers.
Other: More events will be conducted to actively volunteer the students and more fests will be happening. The infrastructure is really good. So many clubs are available like dance, art, photography, social, music, etc.

Excellence beyond expectation.
Placements: KIT has a strong placement record with many top companies participating. Last year, around 146 companies recruited students at our institution, with an average salary package between 4.5 and 29 LPA. Some of the companies that recruited our students with good salary packages include Biocon and Aura Biotechnologies. The KIT placement team is proactive, supportive, and well-organised. They gave us numerous opportunities to connect with top recruiters. The training and preparation sessions were really helpful.
Infrastructure: Our institute has enormous auditorium, well-equipped classrooms and various club promoting holistic learning. The hostel offers different accommodation options with amenities like free Wi-Fi, classroom, wholesome food. Infrastructure and hostel facility provide a comfortable and secure environment for students.
Faculty: The professors at KIT are well-educated and well-versed in their respective fields. Their teaching is excellent, and I got more help with my assignments than in any other class I’ve ever taken. The exam grading was fair and objective, unlike some other classes. Overall, the faculty were caring and attentive, and we are glad they were part of our college experience.
Other: Our institute offers a well-rounded education with high-tech labs, experienced faculty members and research opportunities. The curriculum focuses on the practical training industry relevance, preparing students for careers in research, industries or further studies.

Infrastructure: KIT boasts well-equipped laboratories and a comprehensive library with thousands of knowledgeable books, national and international journals. The classrooms were comfortable and provided students with easy access to digital resources. There were separate hostels for boys and girls, with purified drinking water, hygienic food, and guest hospitality lounges.

Good placements, satisfied with the course and teaching.
Placements: As part of the placement training, students have the option of taking an extra course that provides specialisation in IT job placement. Core company training is also provided, and the placement rate is high. Students have been placed in companies like Infosys, Wipro, Aishwarya Fertility Centre, and Zifo.
Infrastructure: The facilities in the lab are very well equipped for performing various tests. Our school also offers campus-wide Wi-Fi. It was very nice to have smart boards in the classrooms because they made it easier for our teachers to show us presentations and videos of chemical processes, manufacturing, production, and more.
Faculty: The teaching in the course is very efficient, and the faculty members are patient. This is because almost all of them are Ph.D. scholars. Our regulation curriculum is focused on industry needs, and the course outcome and programme outcome are aligned with industry needs. The pass percentage is high for semester exams.
Other: I chose to pursue B.Tech in Biotechnology because I have a keen interest in both microbiology and bioprocess. This was a great choice for me because the curriculum is very interesting. Additionally, connectivity and events at the campus are also great.

Faculty members are student-friendly. They can provide us with great support. The teaching quality is at its best and helps us clear the semester. The course curriculum is well-driven by achieving this great feat, and the biotechnology course makes sure that we become industry-ready.
