My experience at this college has been a mixed one.
Placements: The hiring of students from my college is less such as 20%. It offers a very low package that ranges from 5-6 LPA, which is definitely not worth it. Companies like Indian Times, The Hindu, and Aaj Tak visit the college and hire students but the possibility is low. Roles like content writers, interns, and beat reporting are offered to students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is so bad. Washrooms are not clean. The college is also very small and classes are also not always clean. The hostel is not there. The absence of hostel facilities is a major drawback, especially for students coming from different cities or rural areas. Many of us have to make alternative, often convenient and expensive, living arrangements. The administration needs to take serious steps towards improving the basic amenities if they want students to have a comfortable and productive college experience. I would suggest prospective students consider these factors before making their decision.
Faculty: Teachers are actually quite a good part of the course. They are helpful and provide us with the opportunities. But not all of them are like that. The course curriculum is relevant but still not enough to gain insights into mass communication. Practical knowledge is given by our teachers that is they make us go to different media houses to gain information. Exams are not that difficult. If we study one night before the exams, then we can pass with average marks. I think if students score below 6 CGPA, then they fail.
Other: I wanted to be in the advertising industry so I chose it. There is no point in studying from here as other colleges are far better than this one. We should spend some money more and go into a private one instead so that they can offer us guaranteed internships. To improve our course, there should be more internships, practical knowledge, infrastructure, and definitely connections. Workshops are hosted every month. Many professionals from this industry come and interact with students. Fests are okay. The campus crowd is average, and societies are also good.

Absolutely satisfied but not satisfied because of faculty members, not good infrastructure.
Placements: The highest package is around 5 LPA. The lowest package is around 2 LPA. Around 61% of students are placed or get internships. Finance department offered top roles in the finance sector. Top role is data analysis. Companies who recruit for this course are FIS and Accenture.
Infrastructure: Washrooms are not properly clean. Facility is almost good and classrooms are always clean. But sports ground is not clean or maintained. Water tanks are not clean. Garden area is maintained properly in the college. We always see a green side because of lots of trees or so many flowers.
Faculty: Absolutely teachers of Kalindi College are very helpful. Their teaching quality is good. Pass percentage in this college is 5 SGPA. Curriculum is not relevant probably but it makes students industry-ready. Teachers are always ready to help students and reach out personally.
Other: All events are not good. Faculty members try their best but in the end budget is not efficient to make the fest better. Best thing about my course is that it helps in the finance sector.

Really good infrastructure but dissatisfied with placement cell. The teachers are really good.
Placements: There is a placement cell, but it doesn't seem to be working. Only a few students in certain courses got placed, and only one or two students from this course. The students are not even aware of how the placement cell works or how to face an interview. There is no one to tell us or help us with placement cell circulars.
Infrastructure: The labs at this college are good. They have good equipment and are well maintained. However, the Wi-Fi is unreliable, and there are often network issues. The medical facilities are good, but the food in the canteen is not very good and is not very hygienic. The NIT is good in theory but is expensive for students and has lots of network issues.
Faculty: The teaching quality is great, and the teachers are very helpful. The exams are moderate, but we need to work hard to do well. The teachers are qualified and knowledgeable, and they are always willing to help. However, due to Wi-Fi issues, we sometimes have difficulty accessing the internet, and sometimes the systems are not working.
Other: I really like the practical aspects of the course. The competitive environment is a plus. However, the number of practical classes could be increased, and the fest could be improved. There are a lot of extracurricular activities, but the college should provide more time management assistance or leniency in attendance for students who participate in extracurricular activities.

I'm satisfied with faculty but they should work on their infrastructure.
Placements: 30% of students got placed. The highest package offered is 8 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA. Small businesses, auditing, accounting enterprises, and many more types of companies are involved. Small enterprises and economic industry recruit for our course. Almost 10% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel in our college but hostel is under construction. Wi-Fi service is available but doesn't work well. Library is available but books are less and in library. Wi-Fi connectivity is very low. Canteen food is not so good they use very much food color in some of the food but otherwise, they are good.
Faculty: Teachers are kind, polite, and helpful. They are highly qualified and knowledgeable and their way of teaching is also good. They interact with students very much. Sometimes they ask us to teach as a teacher so that we can build up our explaining and communication skills.
Other: This course I felt is interesting and has scope in the future so I chose this course. They can add more subjects and some outdoor lessons it would be more interesting. Events are good.

Decent college with average placement and infrastructure.
Placements: Since my college is average in most aspects. So, placements are also moderate. As I have seen my seniors are not getting a good placement though. I'm also in my first year so you don't have a good knowledge of packages, internships, recruitment, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure in my course/departments are decent. We have access to the Wi-Fi, but the speed can be consistent at times. The labs are equipped with necessities. Instruments, though they could be modern. Classrooms are fairly maintained with good cleanliness, but the benches, etc., are a bit old-fashioned. We have projectors in some classrooms. Library has a good collection but not so the latest, but the seating area is very well-furnished and spacious. Right now, there are no hostels but they are under construction.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable but the teaching quality varies. Course curriculum is somewhat relevant but could be more industry-oriented. Semester exams are moderately difficult too tough but require proper preparation. Questions, mostly follow a pattern so studying, PYQ helps. Pass percentage is decent, with most of the students clearing the exams if they put in reasonable efforts.
Other: Course B.Com (prog) year 2024-2027, I chose this course because of my interest in commerce background. Events and fests are so accountable in numbers and can be better. Campus surroundings are pretty good because of girls college we girls are so comfortable and can wear anything, in conclusion, we have a good freedom in everything. There are sports, clubs, and student clubs but participation depends on individual interest. Scholarships are available but need a good advertisement & need process improvement. Overall the experience is average with a mix of positive and negative.

Below average college compared to the rest of the girls' college in DU .
Placements: The college has literally no placements at all. Although there is a placement cell, it seems like they don't do anything at all. They provide a few seminars, which isn't that helpful; all those seminars do is promote some coaching centres. They do rarely provide internships but they're only available for a few courses.
Infrastructure: The college has a great computer lab that could fit a huge number of students (for reference, my batch had a total of 80 computer students ). The Wi-Fi only works in the labs and cyber cells. Classrooms have broken chairs and seats and are rarely cleaned. There is no hostel available in the college, although they are constructing one, which they told my batch in the beginning would be completed in 6 months ( it has been over 2 years since that and now I'm graduating). The mess room was recently built so it is decent but it can accommodate only a few kids. The canteen has a variety of foods, although I won't recommend the pre-cooked food that they keep in trays outside as they don't cover the food and it is kept outside for hours so it's very hygienic. You can order the on-the-go cooked meals. The worst bathrooms, considering it is a girls' college, got degraded by NAAC for the same.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified for sure but they are pretty rude and have no value for the students. They cancel the classes as they wish whenever they want, and students travel for hours to college only to know that the teacher cancelled the class. Teaching depends on the teacher's mood. The courses give a fair insight into the industry related to them. If a student has studied well and gone through the past-year papers, the semester exam is a piece of cake. The pass percentage is above 3 CGPA.
