Good college, nice faculty support.

Placements: About 40% of students were placed in our course. 8 to3 lakhs per annum package is offered. Wipro, Capgemini, Infosys are top recruiting companies for our course. 50 % students got internship from our course and in TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, ect. The top roles were nice .

Infrastructure: There is a well-equipped labs, smart class with projector, big central library and digital library, department library, canteen. The mess and hostel was good in our hostel the quality of food which is available in the mess and canteen, medical facilities, a large ground, and indoor games.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful, best qualified, and pretty knowledgeable faculty. The teaching quality is pretty good but the interaction is good. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes the students industry ready. The semester exams are very strict and question paper is very tough.

Kallam Haranadhareddy Institute of Technology is an average college.

Placements: Our college has only a few placements. The salary package offered is 1 LPA. No internships are provided, and even the salary packages offered are less.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Labs are also good but there is no Wi-Fi provided to students. Hostel is not good and for its very low. The food served is average and now the college is been autonomous. So I think it has been improved so far. There is a huge ground and we go there to play.

Faculty: Our college has good faculty members and most of them are Ph.D. holders and also M.Tech professionals. But they play with student life at labs. The faculty in this college play with students and feels it is entertaining. There is no internal exam. So it is very difficult to pass without internals at the external exam.

Other: The campus is less crowded.

It is a good college for providing excellent teaching staff members.

Placements: About 70% of students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered is 4.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. A majority of the roles given by the companies is a software developer.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities are available in our college. Wi-Fi facility is not provided for students. A wide range of books are available in the library, and it has well-working fans. The quality of our hostel is average. Our college provides many medical camps, sports, etc.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful and friendly to students. They are well-qualified. Their teaching is excellent. Semester exams are held in our college every six months. The pass percentage of our college is 60% every year.

I am satisfied with the placements and placement training in this college.

Placements: From the 2018 B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering batch, out of 120 students, nearly 4 students got placed in placements. Students also got placed in the sales department in Saboo Motors in Hyderabad with an agreement of 2 years. Initially, in placement time, they said it was a technical job, but after joining, it was a sales job.

Infrastructure: The canteen was not so good, and also the ambiance was also not so good. The cost of the food served is high and not worth it. The mechanical laboratories are good, and from the technical point of view, they teach well.

Faculty: Staff members in our stream are well=experienced. They teach well. But we cannot expect industrial training or industrial tours from this college. So I gave 1 star to this college. I will not recommend studying the mechanical stream in this college. The syllabus is old, and the real-time job was not helpful.

Other: In the initial days, they give the merit scholarships based on the B.Tech year-wise percentages like above 75% and for the top 5 members in the class. But when I was in the final year, they had not given me a scholarship. Apart from the studies, extracurricular activities were also conducted in this college, but they are not conducted excellently.

It is the best college in Guntur after the autonomous colleges.

Placements: The placements for the IT branch are good, but for non - IT branches, the placements are poor. I'm a mechanical engineer. Not a single core company came to our college, but other small companies came with a package of 10,000 per month. Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Mind Tree, Ramky, Sutherland, HCL, TVs, Tech Mahindra, etc., are the companies that came to college.

Infrastructure: The college library is very good when compared to other colleges. The classrooms are always neat. Wi-Fi is only available for faculty. Labs have high technology equipment. A cricket ground is available. The canteen is available all time. Food was delicious. Medical facilities are provided.

Faculty: All the faculty members are PhD holders with a lot of experience. They will always encourage us in every stage. All the technicians are friendly with students. The curriculum is updated. Semester exams are conducted strictly, and the pass percentage is almost 80%. The teaching quality is excellent.

Other: Scholarships are given to the top 5 students in every class, of worth 10,000.

Overall, it is a good college, including discipline.

Placements: Many companies came to our college. The average salary package offered among all companies is about 1.75 LPA. A few core companies came to our college, and all others are related to fieldwork and others. Placements related to the mechanical course are less, and the software side is high.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, and our college has a good atmosphere to study. Our branch is well-organised by our head of the department. The hostel also has a good culture, and better food is provided. Our college has an on-campus hostel only for boys. Study hours are also conducted.

Faculty: Faculty members give optimum efforts for the growth of knowledge in students. Faculty members are highly experienced, and they have good subject knowledge. Most of the staff members only focus on theoretical knowledge.

Our college has all the facilities.

Placements: I am studying in B.Tech 2nd year in mechanical branch. The average salary package offered by the company was 1.2 LPA. Top MNCs like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Wipro and other companies visited our college for placements. Almost every student who doesn't have backlogs get placed. Some companies offered a chance to clear their backlogs within 6 months. Almost 70% of the students got placed.

Infrastructure: KHIT college has updated labs. The college has 3 blocks, a huge playground and outdoor labs. Classrooms are digitalised, and there is also a digital library. There is a boys hostel in our college which is very strict that the students are not allowed to go outside without permission.

Faculty: Our college has well-teaching faculty members, and they are almost PhD doctorates and assistant professors. They are very helpful, and they are friendly with students. They clarify doubts of students after college time also. They give their mobile numbers to students to call them if we have any problem.

Other: My course is B.Tech in the mechanical department. There is a lot of advantage to join this course. If we study B.Tech, we get a good job in MNC company, or we can study masters abroad for better opportunities. Our college encourages extracurricular activities like sports, college fests, annual functions, food fests, etc. Every year on the occasion of the annual day celebration, our college offers Rs. 10,000 to students who got above 75% in academics.
