I am thankful to everyone.

Placements: In our batch, we had approximately 114 students, of which about 60-70 students got their desired destination. Rest students are studying further, and many students got placed at a pretty attractive salary package. The highest salary package offered by Byju's is in lacs per annum in the marketing department. We are placed according to our performance in studies and skills. Top recruiting companies are TCS and Byju's. Around 48-50% of the students got their desired internships. Top roles offered are marketing department manager, research analyst and junior fellowship in the research program.

Infrastructure: Our college is perfectly aligned with our needs and wants. We have a proper library, and you get everything like every book you need in the course program. You don't have to buy anything from the market for the same. Buildings are perfectly renovated, and classrooms are properly oriented. The zoology lab is well-equipped with the apparatus required for practicals and studying materials. The quality of food served in the canteen is neat, hygienic and pocket friendly.

Faculty: Faculty members are well-rehearsed and professional about their work. Our head of the department is a PhD holder, and she is the main aspect of our department. She is also helpful, and teachers are also well-trained. Also, one of the teachers is a PhD holder, and others have a masters' degree in the same. The course is relevant, and we get enough opportunities in both the private and public sectors. Since the covid scenario is at peak, we didn't give 5th-semester exams, but previously semesters were good. If you listen to the teachers, they will guide you well. The pass percentage is generally 70% if you want a proper way to both private and public sector.

Other: I have chosen this course because I was always fascinated by biology. I was the school topper also, and my passion for biology took me to this course. I like to study it. The thing I wish to be better at is the digitalisation and modernisation of some practicals and enhancement in the curriculum. Our college has enough cultural fests like Shayar-e-aam, Kalamsala, art and music clubs which are operated on weekends. The government of Jharkhand offers scholarships like E-Kalyan for financially weak students who are good in their studies. Sparc is the functional cultural group of the college.
