Enjoy college life with learning.

Placements: Every student got placed but the salary package was very low at the beginning. Minimum package is INR 1 lakh per annum. Many companies are coming for placement by our department staff; placement companies are not given by management. Internships taken by students like Britannia, Avian, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good and the hostel facilities are very good for girls. The library is a very favorite place; labs are available to meet all the needs of the students; and the Wi-Fi connection is not so bad but sometimes poor. Because of the increase in new hostels, there are now 2 share, 4 share, and 6 share options.

Faculty: Young faculty members are so friendly and supportive. They help students with all their needs. Despite their lack of experience, they are well-versed. The curriculum is very relevant, and gaining a lot of practical knowledge makes students industry-ready. The exam is not so difficult; it is easy to pass if we write answers.

Other: Even the semester is filled with functions. Often, they conduct workshops. Encourage the students to showcase their talent. Management supports the sports students. NCC, NSS, Rotrack Club, and many other clubs are available to engage students.

I am not satisfied with teachers, no core placements, and laboratory facilities are not good.

Placements: The placements are not good in this college. I happen to be the first batch of food technology in this institution and there are no core placements. There is no scope for internships or placements. They do not even offer contacts for students to find internships. Eventually, students get placed in IT companies or other life science companies as medical coders or sales person.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is good, but the food technology department is not well maintained. Laboratories facilities are not good, and the classroom environment is not good at all. The campus has good infrastructure including the hostel but the laboratory and classrooms for food technology are not good.

Faculty: It is one of the worst places to study because all the staffs students get are fresh M.Tech graduates with no teaching experience. The curriculum and syllabus are well built only for the sake of documentation. Students do not get to learn even 50% of the syllabus here. The exams are easy, and students do not have to learn a lot because all they teach students is only the questions that will be asked in the exams. The same happens for practicals. Students will be very poor in practicals if they learn here.

Other: Our batch is first in this institution for this course. Food technology is a very good course and has diverse streams to indulge themselves. Entrepreneurship is a choice students could easily get in this field. If students choose the right institution, and food technology is a very fascinating course.

Very good appreciation for this college.

Placements: The placement in this college was great nearly 75% of the students were developed through the placement sessions. The minimum package for freshers here is 15000 and the maximum extent is about 40000 per month. The top roles of karpagam academy of higher education is placement.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of karpagam academy of higher education was really awesome and the courses here developed are really great. The hostel should need a quite improvement in their facilities and the food is also not that great. The hostel facilities and the infrastructure are great.

Faculty: The faculty members experience are great and we are very to get those faculty members, the curriculum of this college was quite good. The experienced faculty members helps us to reach our goals. The semester exams are easy and pass percentage is 90%. The extent of the greatness of this college is great in terms of exams.

Other: The best of this course is because of the recent demand on this phase. Here I have chosen B.Teach food technology for the development.
