Candidates who have MBBS/ BDS/ BSc Nursing/ BSc with (Human Genetics/ Human Biology/ Medical Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology)/ Allied Health Science programmes with minimum 50% aggregate can apply for MSc Genetic counselling course.

To get admission in any programme offered at Manipal Medical College at undergraduate, postgraduate, super specialty or fellowship level, candidates must appear for an entrance examination.
