Review of Delhi School of Journalism, University of Delhi.
Placements: Approximately 50% of students get placed in my course. The highest package is 11 LPA and the lowest package is 3 LPA. The average package of my college is 3.5 LPA. There are a lot of companies that come to my college but the prominent ones are Zee News, NDTV, News18, etc. The top roles provided by the college are news anchor, reporter, data analysis, etc. Approximately 70% of students got internships in my college in companies like News18, and Zee News.
Infrastructure: The college has all the facilitates like a great campus, spacious classrooms, an auditorium, great furniture with AC, fans, light, hot water for drinking, clean washrooms with mirrors, and a library. All classrooms have digital boards. It has a sports complex. Our college does not have a hostel but the college helps students with accommodation nearby.
Faculty: Teachers are very kind and very helpful. They are highly qualified. They all are PhD holders and they are very approachable. The course in itself is very dynamic. The course is more practical than theoretical as we have to make presentations, take interviews, do fieldwork, and surveys, and prepare reports. This overall makes the students industry-ready. The exams happen twice a semester. The difficulty level of exams is easy to moderate. The pass percentage is 40% of the total marks and it is set by DU.
Other: The reason for me choosing this course is that I wanted to pursue journalism. I wish that they would give less written work and assignments and focus on learning more. Just this otherwise, everything is perfect. The college has few events as compared to other DU colleges as it is recently made but overall it is a great experience here. The crowd is great. People are nice and helpful. The campus is beautiful. It has a lot of sports activities going on. It offers various scholarships like merit scholarships for students.

Q:   How is life at Delhi School of Journalism, DU?
    A:

When looking into the infrastructure, The stadium, which was initially constructed for the Commonwealth Games, has been repurposed by the college, and it now has a lively atmosphere. Despite the relatively small size of the canteen, the benefit of being located within Delhi University's North Campus lends a unique charm to the entire experience.

About the education, The course turns out to be very interesting and appealing. The students convey a sentimental attachment to it. Making a decision becomes very important when choosing between a regional and a foreign language.

Equipment for college infrastructure is available, but students have to visit the office frequently to use it because some students damaged it in the past and seniors' strong arguments caused it to come from that point.
