Very good college facilities and infrastructure are very good.
Placements: Placement is good. Out of 10 students, only 8 students got placed. Famous companies visit our college for placements like Dainik Jagran, Aaj Tak, ABP News, News Nation, Republic Bharat, and Zee News. Last year, the highest package was 7 LPA and the lowest was 2.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college has good infrastructure, overall. Wi-Fi is available in the campus. Labs are well-designed. In library, you can easily get a book and AC adequate library. The playground is available, regular sports are played. The badminton court is separate. Well-maintained canteen and good quality food are provided.
Faculty: Teachers are very good. They provide everything, guide you, and have very much knowledge. Especially, HOD is awesome. They explain everything in an easy manner. Teachers are very helpful, incredible, and qualified. Classes are regularly conducted without any break. Discipline college over all Delhi University.
Other: I want to do journalism, which is why I chose this course. The best thing about this course is anchoring and reporting. I think they should remove GE, SAC, and VAC subjects it is of no use. Events are regularly conducted in this fest, it is so good. Campus is so busy always. The ECC committee also runs smoothly, most students are enrolled in ECC because it helps so much to relieve stress.

Maharaja Agrasen College, an accidental place of pace.
Placements: Saying about placement, I am fresh in the college still we came to hear about placement from my course that is journalism in media giants like journalism. We interact with seniors and they also say the same. They have average to good placement up to 4 LPA, and this college has a good reputation too about the journalism course.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is great and of ten acres, a huge playground, girls' hostel, good canteen and cafeteria, good green campus, and special mention to greenery and satisfactory college vibe, peaceful, ragging-free, three floors, and underground gym all included in one-time fee.
Faculty: Teachers and all other faculty members are very friendly and helpful. Professors are punctual, adhered to the course, they focus more on knowledge than specific curriculum. Overall good facilities and exams are mainly of two kinds: first, internal mid-semester exams, and other main semester exams. Apart from these, assignments and continuous assignments.
Other: The college is basically for journalism; they have their best in this, although there is a catch. I found many students who get here accidentally, as in the DU website it shows it as north campus. They need to improve this. My course is best, the crowd is good and competitive, and the college supports students' initiatives. Events and fests are average but on the good side and fests could be improved a bit.

"""Strong Infrastructure and Practical Learning for Journalism Students"". . "
Placements: The college isn't that great with placements. Our college provides a lot of internship opportunities. Some media houses like Anjan TV, Wion, etc., reach out to the college for placements and other events. The highest and lower salary packages aren't confirmed.
Infrastructure: The college offers Wi-Fi, a media lab with editing tools, and a studio for production. There are spacious classrooms with projectors and a well-stocked library with books and digital resources. It provides a strong foundation for both academic and practical learning.
Faculty: Faculty members are highly experienced and supportive. The teaching style integrated theory and practice. It ensures students gain both knowledge and industry-ready skills. Professors are approachable and provide continuous guidance on assignments and projects.
Other: I chose journalism for its blend of storytelling and communication. The course offers practical exposure, industry insights, and a diverse curriculum. Events like Yuvaan and various extracurriculars enrich the campus experience, fostering creativity, and collaboration.

Good infrastructure, average placements. Teaching faculty should be headed by a solid committee.
Placements: Less than 60% got placed, but the average placement range is 3 LPA to 4 LPA. The highest could have been 6 LPA but not more than that. Top recruiting companies include Zomato, Swiggy, Republic TV, T-Series, Film Keeda, and News18. Roles offered include Social Media Manager, Content Writers, Operations Executive, BDE, and PR Intern.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available but not accessible to the students. Classrooms are well-maintained with new furniture, though some classrooms are empty and therefore not maintained. I would rate hygiene 9/10. The library is well-equipped with books on almost all subjects. Hostel facilities are good, but the mess food is bad most of the time. Laundry is available. The canteen is closed most of the time, but when it is open, it serves good, hygienic food. Medical facilities and sports I would rate a solid 9/10.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, but a few of them just come to college to read PDFs. They know about the course and are knowledgeable but are lazy and don’t engage with students. Yes, the course is relevant, but the media lab does not have enough equipment, so students cannot become industry-ready to that extent. I would rate it 7/10. Exams are of moderate to difficult level. The pass percentage is 60%, and attendance must be more than 66.7% to sit in the exams.
Other: I wanted to start my career in advertising and marketing, particularly in the production area. I also have a passion for anchoring, so this course was perfect for me. The college infrastructure can be rated a solid 11/10. It has the best location, with many PGs and hostels nearby. I wish there was a committee that assists students closely and allows them to discuss the teaching faculty. There have been instances of teachers disrespecting students, both female and male. College events and fests are like a festival, and being with friends makes it even better. About scholarships, if you are a non-general category student, you get your fees back for all years, but you have to pay the amount first, and after one year, you get your fee back (for non-general).

The infrastructure and hostel facilities are worth the fees.
Placements: The percent of students that were placed in my course was 79%. The highest package was 6 LPA, the lowest was 2 LPA, and the average package offered in my course is 3–4 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Aaj Tak and The Times of India. The percent of students that got internships from my course is 80% in Dainik Jagran and The Times of India. The top roles offered in my course are content writers, photographers, editor and many more.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for the course Journalism are a library, a media lab, and classrooms with well-equipped infrastructure. The quality of the facilities in the hostel is top-notch; they have provided a bed, study table, cupboard, and shelves with a lot of space. The quality of food available in the mess of the hostel is good and changes every day as per the menu. The sports, indoor games like table tennis, and gym are also available with well-equipped instruments.
Faculty: The teachers and professors are really helpful, qualified from a recognized university with immense knowledge, and always ready to empower us. The quality of the teaching of the teaching staff of the college is really involving, immersion and empowering. The course curriculum is really relevant, as per the need. It makes the students ready for the industry with the required skill set. The difficulty level of the semester exams at the college is medium. A student with a clear concept can easily ace the exams with a good percentage.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in learning more about the media industry and getting involved in the process of learning more. The best thing about this course is the openness and practical approach it provides towards the subjects. The thing I wish would be better is the implementation of the theory in practical projects. The college provides various other stuff than just classes and courses, like extracurricular activities, events, fests, and scholarships. It also has a decent campus crowd and connectivity with society, industry, and surroundings.
