A good college with a small infrastructure and helpful teachers.

Placements: The college placement is decent but not outstanding. Mostly, students from the mechanical branch get placed in companies, as barely any companies come here. There is a possibility of campus placement, but I don't know how many students get placed in this college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good but not great. The campus of the college is very small, and there are three hostels (1 for girls, 2 for boys). The college offers courses like B.Tech and M.Tech with 4 or 5 specializations. The hostel is decent, neither too good nor too bad. Due to the small campus, the hostels are very close to each other.

Faculty: Faculty members are good, and some are very helpful. They are also very knowledgeable and qualified. However, the course curriculum does not make students industry-ready due to the outdated syllabus. The semester exams are very difficult in this college, and the passing percentage is 35%. The semester exam is of 70 marks, with 30 marks coming from the college's mid-semester exam and other assessments.

Katihar Engineering College Reality.

Placements: Bihar ka best engineering college hai jiska placement bhut aacha hai. Total 70 percent of students placed in CSE. The highest package is 4.8 lakh, the lowest is 2.5 lakh, and the average is 3.2 lakh. Top recruiting company HCL in CSE department. 90% students get internships in many companies. Normal feels and living.

Infrastructure: This college has B.Tech courses in many branches: CSE, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical. Wi-Fi and high-tech labs and classrooms are normal. The library has all books in college. Hostels for boys and girls are separate. The canteen is normal, costly, and offers the best food. Medical facility is not available on college campus. Many games and sports are available.

Faculty: Exams are fair with no wrong practices. The exams are very clear and hard, with CCTV surveillance during semester exams. All teachers are very knowledgeable and cooperative, and marks are higher in college competitions. Students should focus on studies, as the final and semester exams have a higher pass rate.

Other: The college's location is the best, and the teachers are very cooperative.

The college academic is too good.

Placements: In our college, almost 50% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA in BYJU's and the average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Infosys, HCL, Tech Mahindra, Indian Oil, and many more visit our campus. Students in college get internships at many companies. Internships are both paid and unpaid.

Infrastructure: Everywhere on the campus, Wi-Fi is available. A huge library is available. In the hostel, there are three types of rooms like rooms with 3 beds and 2 beds, and single bedrooms. There are 2 boys' hostels and 1 girls' hostel with a capacity of 200 students. Canteen food items are good, mainly morning breakfast but dinner is not too good.

Faculty: Faculty members are too good. They are supportive and experienced. Assistant professors are available. They are graduates of IIT, NIT, and many other good institutes. They are experienced. The CSE branch has a huge market all over the world. Semester exams are tough, but not too much.

Faculties of these college are soo good. This college also provides a Very Clean Environment.

Placements: Approximately 50-60% of students are placed through off-campus recruitment. 20-30% students go for Masters degree, and approximately 10% search for their own jobs. Top recruiters include TCS, Mindtree, and HCl. The average package offered by the college is 5-6 LPA, the minimum package is 3-4 LPA, and the highest package is 12 LPA. 85-90% of students receive internships.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good and some parts of college are under construction till 3 oct 2022. All labs are Available in this college like computer labs, mechanical engineering lab, Physics lab, Chemistry laboratory and many more.

Faculty: The teacher and faculty are very cooperative. If any student wants to explore something new, then faculty members personally guide these students. B.Tech course of this college is very relevant. Almost every student gets placed in the industry if they follow the faculty properly.

Other: This is Government Engineering college of Bihar. The biggest benefit for a middle class family is that the fees of this college is minimum as compared to any Engineering college.

Placements are good till now. Infrastructure is needed to be improved as soon as possible.

Placements: Placements are generally through off-campus drives. University invites some of the companies for pool campus drives also. The placement percentage is good enough for CS graduates. Most of the students are working in IT companies with a decent salary package. There is a TPO cell to assist students with placements.

Infrastructure: Our college building is under construction. The academic block with two floors is provided for operation. Hostel and other infrastructure are expected to be completed soon. Still, these have been under construction for the past 6 years. The canteen is available in the academic block. Sports equipment is available for use, but there is no place to play except a lawn.

Faculty: Faculty members are decent enough and qualified. Exams are conducted on time. Most of the faculty members are from NITs and IITs. Diversity is also good among them. Some of them are from the research background, and some of them are from the industry. Our college provides great learning for students if they utilize it properly.

It is a good college and provides everything for sincere students to develop themselves.

Placements: I am from the CSE course, and 10 to 15% of the students got placements from our college. Normally a few companies arrive at our college and selected the brightest students on the basics of their CGPA and interviews and sometimes by their presentation. They scarcely disclose exact package, but they give employment.

Infrastructure: Our college is in the development stage, and we are the 1st batch in this new campus, so it has scarce infrastructure. Hostel, mess and Wi-Fi are not available here, but labs, sports ground and classrooms facilities are developing. There is a good library where students can visit during class hours from 10 to 4.

Faculty: Teachers and seniors are sincere and helpful. They motivate, help and teach us in the best and creative way by utilising all resources available. They take extra classes during the exam for the best preparation. They also organise internships from IITs and NITs, and they also conduct technical fests, which help us for the overall development of personality.

Other: I have chosen this course because CSE has great potential in future. Our college conducts cultural fests and technical fests.

Good college for engineering.

Placements: #APPROROX 70u2105 STUDENTS GOT PLACED BY DIFFERENT COMPANIES. #the highest PLACEMENT OF 12 Lacs AND MINIMUM OF 4 Lacs IN 2023. *50u2105 Students from CSE branch got placed in last year. *Companies like TCS, wipro, technext arrrived in last year. *Software desiner and software manager offered in last year from KCE katihar.

Infrastructure: *FACILITIES LIKE WI-FI, GIM, LABS, LIBRARY ARE PROVIDED IN COLLEGE. *CANTEEN AND MESS FACILITIES ARE VERY WELL WITH THEIR FOOD AND MEAL. #Hostels are very well and there are few ground available for different games like cricket, kabaddi, badminton etc.

Faculty: *PROFESSORS ARE VERY HIGHLY QUALIFIED AND VERY INTELLIGENCE. *YES, OUR PROFESSOR MAKES STUDENTS FOR INDUSTRY READY. #Semester exam is very tough because 30u2105 students from my class failed in last 3nd semester. #The pass percent is 33 % in every semester exam.

It is a good college with a lot of potential.

Placements: I suggest students not rely much on college for placements, but skilled ones get placements. The highest package is 10 LPA. Wipro and TCS are some companies that recruit students. The top roles offered are software developers. Students get internships from the college curriculum itself, providing options for doing it from any AICTE-approved companies.

Infrastructure: The campus is the best thing about this college, with 24x7 Wi-Fi, clean hostels, and a nice environment. Hostel superintendents try to snatch the maximum money from us. Overall, it is good. The library is fully air-conditioned with plenty of books.

Faculty: Only some faculty members are good who teach thoroughly. They are qualified but not interactive. The course curriculum is made relevant with the latest syllabus change. Exams are not held as per schedule, but they are conducted very tightly with no scope for cheating or copying. Faculty members are not that supportive.

Other: I suggest students choose this college if they are economically challenged and have no other option for a good college.
