KIITEE Merit Scholarship:-
KIITEE MERIT SCHOLARSHIP KIIT provides free education to the topper of KIITEE 2025 (Only for B.Tech. Additionally, it provides scholarship to top 1000 rank holders of KIITEE 2025 (B.Tech. – 4 years) during his/her study period at KIIT subject to fulfilment of criteria. (i.e. Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics taken together 60%).
Contingency Fund:-
Contingency fund of 50000Rs. is available for both full-time PhD and M. Tech students.
PhD Scholarship:-
KIIT Deemed to be University provides a full-time PhD scholarship of 20000 INR per month.
