Good learning environment with strong field exposure.
Placements: About 65% of students have been placed till now in our course. Till now, the highest package is 7 LPA and average is 4.5 LPA, and the lowest is 3.8 LPA. Some of the top recruiting companies are AKRSP, Gram Vikas, ITC, and Srijan. 100% of students got internships from our course in companies like ITC, Annapurna MFI, BAIF, AKRSP, Srijan, and Gram Vikas. The top role offered is Project Manager and block coordinator.
Infrastructure: In our department, smart classrooms are available along with Wi-Fi, a library, a conference hall, seminar hall. In our hostel, cleanliness and hygiene are maintained properly, and we have facilities like Wi-Fi, a reading room, and medical facilities. The quality of food is good in our mess, and diversity in breakfast is available every day. Everyday 3 types of breakfast are available in our mess.
Faculty: Teaching quality is best in KSRM. All the teachers are very supportive and cooperative. The course curriculum is relevant. We got exposure to the field through 3 internships in our programme, which makes us industry-ready. Semester exams are not that difficult because all the facilities are very cooperative, and the teaching quality is good. The pass percentage is 35%.
Other: I have a background in agriculture, and after pursuing rural management, I will have complete knowledge about rural areas. The best thing about our course is that we have exposure to 3 internships. I wish I had gotten more placement training sessions specially on aptitude and reasoning. We got the opportunity to arrange events and festivals. I am a member of the cultural committee in our college, which helps me to arrange events, and I have improved my confidence and communication skills through this.

Thoroughly delighted with the faculty, placement in 2026, good infrastructure, and facilities.
Placements: There are 75% students placed in our course till now. The highest package in our course to date is 8 LPA, the average is 4.5 LPA, and the lowest is 3.9 LPA. Top recruitment companies are ITC, Dr. Reddy, Akrsp, and Gram Vikas. 100% students got internships from our course in companies like ITC, Dr. Reddy's, Srijan, Dilash. Top roles include Critical thinking, field work knowledge, and employee management.
Infrastructure: We have a good Wi-Fi connection facility in college and hostel, and classrooms are also very good with well-working AC, fan, light, and LCD screens. Hostel food quality is also very good. Hygiene maintenance is a major factor, along with good medical facilities, if someone gets ill, medical services are available. For sports classes and games, there are many indoor and outdoor facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are very friendly and cooperative, and provide quality education. This course provides us with many more facilities make us industry-ready to tackle any type of situation. The semester exam is quite challenging for us, like in one day appearing 2 paper quite challenging but still good, our college passing % is 30%.
Other: I chose this course because I thought it would match my expectation like what I want, as I want to understand the rural problem, along with working on those interventions that will eradicate people's problems. KSRM basically provides 3 internships, which make me capable of working anywhere and under any conditions. If, along with course study, there should be field based visit, will be there inspite of internship it will be good to relate the study theory with practical. In festivals and events, also arranged by the university.

Absolutely satisfied with the college, hostel, faculty member etc.
Placements: The main good thing about KSRM is it ensures 100 percent internship and 100 percent placement for every batch of students. It helps students gain hands-on experience for their upcoming professional career, and it also helps students understand the real challenges in the field and how to overcome them.
Infrastructure: The classrooms at KSRM are really very good, and the environment is really appreciable. Especially, what I feel is the library of KSRM and the KIIT central library, they are equipped with many options for students to learn on their own, which helps students gain extra knowledge.
Faculty: It makes students industry-ready because of its highly qualified teaching staff and the well-maintained mentor policy in the institution. Teachers help students get good internships, share their experience, and guide them so that they can do it correctly and learn something.
Other: The best thing about this course is that it’s a village-oriented or grassroots-level oriented course, and the college provides every possible support for students.

Excellent rural exposure, faculty, and strong placement with decent hostel facilities with the best
Placements: I am a student of the MBA Rural Management 2024-2026 batch. The programme combines classroom learning with internships and case studies to give practical learning through rural exposure which not only provides a platform to implement our theoretical knowledge but also provides us with life lessons. Around 90-95 percent of students were placed through campus placement and off-campus opportunities. Average package goes upto 6 LPA. Most graduates are offered a role of programme associate, management trainee, and relationship manager.
Infrastructure: Departments are well-maintained with projectors. Wi-Fi is available across the campus. The library is well-maintained with a full range of books and is well-managed. Hostel rooms are good, decent, and comfortable. Mess food is average but hygiene is maintained which is essential. The canteen is spacious and kept clean and hygienic.
Faculty: Faculty members are well qualified, knowledgeable, and friendly. Most of the faculty members have a strong academic background and field experience. The course curriculum is relevant and aligned with the organisation's needs which helped students to develop practical skills that make them appropriate, or can be said to be the best candidates for an organisation.
Other: As I have a background of B.Sc. (HON.) Agriculture which provides me a strong foundation in farming systems, and in those 4 years, I have developed a deep respect towards the hard work of rural communities which inspired me to opt for MBA Rural Management.

It has good infrastructure, faculty, and a good track record for placement.
Placements: The college has good placements. 80 for the MBA RM and 80 for the ABM course. The subjects are designed as per the current market demands. We are having a large, diverse group of students from different parts of the country, as well as international students from Africa. We share good communication with the facilities.
Infrastructure: This college has good infrastructure and is well-furnished. They serve satisfactory food, and the hostel is in a short distance from the college with student-friendly staff. They also have AC premium hostel, which is much expensive than the regular non-AC hostels. The laundry system of the university can be improved as it lacks the quality of washing and its services.
Faculty: We have good and qualified teachers from respected institutes and organisations. They have vast knowledge about the course. But more professors are required because of the student-to-teacher ratio. Some faculty teach more than 2 -3 courses in the same semester. It will be good if this can be improved.
Other: The course is good and valuable as per industry demand.

Perfect for a successful future.
Placements: 100 percent of students got placed in our previous batch. The highest package is about 14 LPA, and the lowest is 6 LPA. According to my knowledge, development sectors, CSR, and finance companies are most common. All the students got internships in our course and in different sectors. The top role offered is rural manager.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is very good and available 24/7, classrooms are well-maintained, and the library is very good. Every book is available for our reference and future goal achievement. Hostels are very good, and the rooms are ventilated, the mess food is very good, and it provides 4 times meals a day. For medical cases, they take students to KIMS.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and friendly, and the teaching quality is very good. The teachers are very helpful and clear, with a friendly behavior. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate, and the passing percentage is 60 percent.
