Absolutely satisfied with the college, hostel, faculty member etc.

Faculty: It makes students industry-ready because of its highly qualified teaching staff and the well-maintained mentor policy in the institution. Teachers help students get good internships, share their experience, and guide them so that they can do it correctly and learn something.

It has good infrastructure, faculty, and a good track record for placement.

Faculty: We have good and qualified teachers from respected institutes and organisations. They have vast knowledge about the course. But more professors are required because of the student-to-teacher ratio. Some faculty teach more than 2 -3 courses in the same semester. It will be good if this can be improved.

The programme strengthens the journey from experience to expertise.

Faculty: The course curriculum is well structured. A key strength of the programme is 3 internship segments which connect students directly with organisations and communities. These help students build strong grassroots understandings of professional roles.

The 2-year journey here is enriching and fun.

Faculty: The professors had graduated from top colleges like IRMA, XIMB, and IIT. The faculty are really helpful in guiding the students through the mentor-mentee programme. The course is planned for students to do 3 internships, which gives them exposure to the grassroots-level work of the organisations and makes them industry-ready at the end of the course. Semester exams are not textbook-based and are easy, as the student is asked to write the exam in their own words. A 100 percent pass percentage is ...

It's an MBA and management studies development and CSR.

Faculty: If we talk about the course curriculum, then I will say it is an MBA because it is management studies with Development and CSR. Most of the teachers have working experience in multiple industries, so they have good industry connections. The course curriculum is very relevant because it is a study of different thematic areas like Rural Management, which includes topics like Health, Education, Livelihood, Natural Resource Management, Disaster Management, Rural Development, CSR, etc.
