Step 2: Cutoff Release
The institute released cutoff after result declaration of accepted exams. Those who fulfil the KJSIM cutoff requirement are shortlisted for next round. Shortlisting for next round for HCM and SM is done based on profile, entrance exam score and academic performance. For MBA SM, students have to submit a video resume.

Step 4: Final Admission
The institute releases a merit list to announce the names of selected candidates. Aspirants further get an invite for admission. KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Fee Refund Policy 2027
To get the KJSIM fee refund, students have to apply an official cancellation request through their Somaiya MyAccount portal. The institute follows UGC guidelines for refunds. A 100% refund (minus a processing charge up to INR 5000) has been given if the cancellation request is made before the last admission date. Percentage deductions increase as the cancellation request is made closer to or after the formal admission closing/start dates.

KJSIM Scholarships 2027
KJ Somaiya Institute of Management provides scholarships to selected applicants in the 20% - 80% of the tuition fees yearly. The institute provides financial aid to students for the complete course.
