The KJ Somaiya Institute of Management course admission is a multi-step process for MCA. The process starts with the application forms which are to be filled out by the candidates. STEP 1- KJSIM MCA Application Process 2026

Check below to know the steps to apply:

1- Visit -https://simsr.somaiya.edu/en.

2- Click on ‘Admission’ and then click on ‘Apply Now’ beneath the MCA course in the pop-up window.

3- Fill out the application form.

4- Pay the application fee of INR 1,500.

NOTE: This application amount is not inclusive of the applicable transaction charges.

List of Documents Required:

• Mark sheet and passing certificate of Class 10, Class 12 and graduation
• Degree/ Convocation Certificate
• CGPA to percentage conversion letter (if any)
• Work experience certificates (if any)
• TC/ Migration Certificate
• Birth Certificate
• Domicile Certificate (If applicable)
• Achievement/ Award or Reward certificate/ co-curricular/ECA certificates (if any)
• VastiPatrak & GLMS Affidavit (Only for Gujarati Linguistic Minority candidates)
• Any government photo identity proof
• Two photographs
• Scorecard and admit card of the entrance exam

STEP 2- Appear for the Entrance Exam

In the second step, candidates are required to appear for PERA CET, MAH CET or CUET UG. Based on the performance in the entrance test, candidates are shortlisted for admission.

STEP 3- Selection & Admission Confirmation

Further, students are required to go through a document verification round and then a final merit list is released of the provisionally selected students. After the final selection, candidates can pay the required fee amount for seat confirmation.
