Requires Mathematics, Science and English. If Physics is studied instead of Science, the candidate is also eligible. Aggregate marks are calculated using the best five subjects with the highest scores, provided that any subject(s) mandated by the eligibility criteria are included. The English language condition may be waived if the candidate has studied in English medium. A 5% relaxation in aggregate marks is applicable for candidates from North-East states, Sikkim, Defence Personnel, their dependents, and wards of Kashmiri migrants.

Candidate who have passed 10+2 with mentioned marks in 10+2 Vocational (In Technical field), from a recognized board can apply for admission. OR Candidate who have passed 10+2 (Non- Medical) with the mentioned marks from a recognized board can also apply. Relaxation of 5% is given to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmiri Migrants.
