MDU MBA Eligibility & Highlights 2025
MDU MBA courses are two-five year courses which are offered in full-time mode only. MBA at MDU is the General MBA course with a duration of two years. However, candidates also have the option to pursue an integrated MBA course as well which has a duration of five years. The MDU MBA admissions are merit based where the score obtained in the last qualifying exam is taken into consideration. To be eligible to apply for the MBA courses at MDU, candidates need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

MDU MBA Admission Dates 2025
MDU MBA admission dates for the year 2025 have been released by the university. The admissions for the MBA courses at MDU are decided through a merit-based process which looks at the score obtained by the candidates in either their undergraduate course or their Class 12 board exam score. The registration for MDU MBA admissions will start from June 2025 with the MDU MBA deadline scheduled in early August.

MDU MBA Admissions 2025: How to Apply?
The MDU MBA course admissions are decided on merit basis where the scores of the last qualifying exams are taken into account. There are no mandatory entrance exams for MDU admissions into its MBA courses. Candidates can complete the MDU MBA application process in online mode only. The MDU MBA application process has been described in the steps below:
STEP 1: Registration for the MDU MBA Admissions
The first step of the MDU MBA admission process is the registration for the MBA admissions. To register for the admissions, candidates need to visit the official website of the MDU CPAS (https://mduadmission.samarth.edu.in/index.php) and fill in the registration form by clicking the New Registration tab. Once the candidates have confirmed their email address, candidates can login using the credentials provided to them via their email.
STEP 2: MDU MBA Admissions 2025
After the candidate has logged in onto the official website of MDU CPAS, candidates get access to the admission form for the MDU MBA admissions. Candidates simply need to fill the application form with their personal and qualifying details. Once complete, candidates will need to attach all the necessary documents as requested by the MDU MBA application form. The following documents might be required for the MDU MBA admissions:
- Both Class 10 & 12 marksheet and passing certificate
- Graduation certificate along with mark sheets (only for general MBA course)
- Proof of both ID and address
- Passport-size photographs
- Character certificate
- Signature of the student
- Migration certificate
- Fitness Certificate
- Attested copies of birth certificate and last qualifying examination
- Attested copies of any other necessary document required (SC/ ST/ OBC certificate etc.)
Once the application form is completed, candidates are required to pay the MDU MBA application fees for final submission of the application. The application fees is INR 1600 for the general category candidates and INR 400 for other candidates.
STEP 3: Confirmation of the Admissions
After the last date of registrations passes, the MDU will release its merit list for candidate admissions into MBA courses. If the candidates are alloted a seat in the merit list, candidates will be required to pay the admission fees for the MDU MBA courses. The admission fees for the Genral MBA course at MDU is around INR 39,802. The admission fee for the integrated MBA course is currently unknown. Candidates will receive a deadline for submitting the admission fee and they are required to make the payment before that date.

MDU MBA Curriculum
The MDU MBA curriculum is a two-five year plan which is divided into four-ten semesters. The MDU MBA syllabus starts with basic subjects for both courses with Business Organisation, Business Mathematics and Business Communication being core subjects of the integrated MBA course. The general MBA course starts with subjects such as Organisational Behaviour, Quantitative Analysis and more before moving to more advanced subjects. The general MBA students of MDU will prepare a project in their final year while the integrated MBA students will undergo summer internships for a duration of two months at the end of their fourth year. MDU CPAS MBA/PGDMMDU MBA Seats 2025
There are a total of 120 MDU MBA seats available for admissions in they year 2025. The aforementioned seats are divided between the two MBA courses offered by MDU equally resulting in each of them having 60 seats each.These seats are alloted to candidates once the merit list for MDU MBA admissions are released. According to the MDU MBA seat reservation policy, candidates belonging to the SC/ST category will have 17% of the total seats reserved for them and 10% of All India Open Category seats are reserved for the EWS category candidates.
