Our college has good placements in the year 2022.
Placements: Placements in our college are good for CS/IT fields. The TPO Departments help a lot with all the procedures, but there are some rules which you have to follow during the time of placement. If you are from the CS/IT branch, then it will be easy for you to get a placement in this college. Other than that, most of the parts are good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is not that great, but it is pretty decent. The cafeteria is also not that good. You have to eat from outside only. There is Wi-Fi available in our college, but that is only for staff. Students do not have access to the Wi-Fi, and air-conditioned lab.
Faculty: We have a very supportive staff. They will help you throughout your journey. Teaching quality was also on point. It will make you industry-ready. Staff members are very experienced and they are very responsible for their course. You won't have any problems during your journey.

There are good faculty members and placements.
Placements: The placement process is above average here. Many training sessions are conducted to make students placement-ready. Moreover, companies like TCS, Infosys and Wipro hired students from our campus. About 40% of the students got placed from our branch with decent salary packages.
Infrastructure: The equipment in our college is pretty good, and all the equipment is in working condition. The library is good and spacious. The food served in the canteen is decent but not much good. A hostel is available for students who come from far places. There is no Wi-Fi facility for students, and it is available only for teaching staff members. However, there is a photocopy shop on the campus, so students don't have to search for it outside the campus.
Faculty: Faculty members here are the best. They are very helpful and know what they are teaching. They are very supportive and always teach using real-life examples. They are very helpful in the final year project and share their experiences. Non-teaching staff members are also cooperative.
Other: Fests organised here are decent but not fancy. The campus crowd is friendly, and the seniors are very helpful and cooperative.

Overall a very good college with good placement.
Placements: Around 70 percentage of students get placed each year. From our previous year batch almost all were placed in good companies. LTI offered 3.5 lpa and 5 lpa positions. Also TCS offered 3.5 and 7 lpa offers. Many companies like LTI, TCS, Mastek, etc. came for recruitment. The job roles offered were graduate trainee engineer. Some students also got chance to do internships.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is nice overall. It's an old heritage college. It has very good library. The canteen is also decent. The college has a good campus. The medical facilities are also good. The college encourages various kind of sports also.
Faculty: Almost all faculty members are very supportive and helpful. The teaching quality is very good. The teachers help everyone personally and professionally. The TPO faculty is also very understanding. They help you get your dream job by guiding the student in the right direction.

The course curriculum is good with great faculty members specialised in their respective subjects.
Placements: More than 50% students were placed. The highest package offered 7 Lacs+, the lowest package 3 Lacs, Average package 5 Lacs. Top Recruiting companies are TCS, LTI, Wipro, Capegemini, Hexaware and many more companies drive-through for campus placements in the college.
Infrastructure: It is a big campus shared with Degree and Diploma students with adequate space for classrooms and labs. The navigation within the campus would take you a while to adapt. A lot of books are available in the library and students are allowed to refer them. I was from Mumbai itself hostel was not in my experience.
Faculty: Teachers are available in-person within working hours for students for their personal as well as professional help. The course curriculum is good with great faculty members specialised in their respective subjects while also studying for there own Ph.D. motivating the students as well.
Other: There are various extracurricular activities involved in developing a student for the corporate world with skills required to bloom and grow.

I am satisfied with 4 years in this college, and it is worth for the money.
Placements: The entire TPO committee is very helpful and supportive. Last year all eligible students got placed. The salary package offered ranges from 3.5 to 7 LPA on an average. Companies like TCS, LTI, Hexaware, etc., came for placement drives this year.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. The college has an old heritage to it, which makes it an even better environment to study. The college has a wonderful library, and it has a real painting done by MF Hussain when he visited the college.
Faculty: Faculty members here are wonderful and helpful. They are always willing to support you in any of the projects and are very professional about it. The college has many branches, and all of them are very good. There is also an addition to the courses offered this year.

Review of M.H. Saboo Siddik College of Engineering.
Placements: There is good coordination between TPO cell, company and students. TPO head, department in charge and student coordinators perform their duties well. Hard-working students will get placed here. Active participation of TPO maintained the discipline and engaged the placement drives. The salary packages offered are good. I got placed in LTI with the average salary package.
Infrastructure: The campus is competent in the city space of Mumbai, and the main building is of 5 floors and three wings. Out of which, one wing and half of the next adjacent wing is for degree college, including the newly built building on the campus. The remaining building is divided for various other courses like ITI, diploma and HSC managed by the same trustees. The campus is decent as degree students are allowed to park their two-wheelers on the campus. The canteen is situated on the ground floor of the central building, and the food served is average. Our college provides facilities like well-maintained labs, seminar hall, classrooms, etc. Our college also has an amazing library to study in. Overall, the infrastructure is quite decent. One of the most attractive things about this college is its location, and it is in the heart of Mumbai City. We can reach easily through both central and western railway lines and other public transports. There are many spots to hang out outside the college like CCD, McDonald's, various hotels, Byculla Zoo, etc. There is also a park and garden near the college. Overall, it is a good engineering college.
Faculty: The most important thing that concerns a lot to a student is the quality of education, which is very good in this institution. Both teaching faculty members and management are quite good. Teaching faculty members do their job well.
Other: M.H. Saboo Siddik College of Engineering is one of the oldest colleges in India, and it is established on 22nd April 1936. Our college is known by many names like Byculla college of Engineering, MHSSCOE, Saboo Siddik College of Engineering, MHSS, etc. Though being a minority institute, secularism is at its best here. There are several societies and clubs like ACM, IEEE, IETE and many other local chapters.

Placement cell is very active and always in contact with the students
Placements: Placement cell is very active and always in contact with the students providing them with all the necessary inputs. Our placement cell has collaborations with various organizations who train students for campus placements i.e. FACE campus credentials etc. The overall placement of our college is good. Companies visiting our campus are TCS, WIPRO, LTI, Cognizant etc. I got placed in Cognizant (4 LPA).
Infrastructure: The college canteen is well situated on the ground floor of the central building. It provides veg/non-veg food. The classrooms are equipped with cameras and projectors. The college has free Wi-Fi for students with limited data per day having decent speed. The infrastructure seems quite decent.
Faculty: Teachers here are well qualified and knowledgeable. They help the students and guide them, They use different methods which makes the learning process easy and amazing to learn. The faculty is hardworking and dedicated to the wellbeing of the students.
Other: Our college arranges various extra activities like technical paper presentation, industrial visits, project competitions, seminars, coaching for competitive exams like GATE CAT etc. The college management as well as my department always supports students and staff for extra activities.

Bad placement, dissatisfied with the faculty approach and worried about the fee hike every year.
Placements: The placement rate has been declined at a faster rate. Earlier, top companies like only TCS used to visit on-campus and take a good number of students, but now, TCS has also stopped coming on-campus. So, campus recruitment is a very critical issue now which management should look upon otherwise its too late. In my branch of electronic engineering only, 7-8 students were paced by the college. All other was unplaced and left aside. The roles offered are mostly software related, so students from electronic background have to go this field.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good as the college is too old. The classrooms are big and have good ventilation. The Wi-Fi is not available for the students. The labs are air-conditioned and are maintained in a good way. The canteen is not upto the mark and management should take this issue seriously.
Faculty: The faculty members are not up to the mark except two or three teachers. Sometimes, they feel like they don't want to teach and are forced to teach the students. They just do the copy paste on the board and finish the class as soon as the bell rang. The quantity of faculty is good, but they lack the quality of knowledge.
Other: As per my opinion, this college was one of the reputed colleges in the middle of Mumbai until management ruins it. The fee hike is always there in every year. My advice to management is, if you are increasing fees every year, please make sure what quality of education you are providing against the fees. The minority college fees shouldn't be much as it's now.
