Decent college for a decent college life but not the best for placements.
Placements: A lot of students were placed last year but most of the students were placed through off-campus placements. Many companies came for hiring students of our college and many students got the jobs as well and they are at suitable places with their desired jobs.
Infrastructure: Labs and classrooms are in good condition and the corridors and building infrastructure are fine as well, with a great old stone building vibe. The seminar halls are clean and tidy and are well maintained by cleaners and workers. Regarding the course, the equipment is great and the labs have many machines and simulation panels as well.
Faculty: Faculty is educated and experienced but sometimes annoying as well and the curriculum is quite okay too, not too much to expect as it has a ton of work loads for the students and about the exams, I would say it's pretty much rushed ( I'm talking about midterm examinations). End-of-semester examinations have a pretty decent study period.
Other: I chose electrical engineering as my course as it has a pretty interesting range of opportunities. The campus crowd is quite friendly and non-friendly as well, but you'll get the right people for you for sure and there are multiple fests, programmes and events happening all the time.

College life of student in MITS
Placements: Approximately 60-70 per cent of the students get placed every year from this course. 13 LPA is the highest package provided by the campus. Top recruiting companies that hire students here are Accenture and Wipro followed by Amazon. Internships are quite easy to find here.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure provided by the college is quite appreciable. Smart classrooms with installed projectors in them. Complete campus has the wifi facility. There is a good collection of books in the library. Hostel provides a good facility for the students. Food is acceptable.
Faculty: Teachings are really helpful for the students. Teachers are highly qualified here. Most of the teachers are IITians. The quality of knowledge is really nice. The course and the curriculum provides a vast range of knowledge for the students. One who studies can easily pass the exams.

Infrastructure is good, and there are fests from time to time; the only problem is placement.
Placements: Although the academic facilities are good, the placement is not very good. There are seminars and training classes for placement that help, but not many companies come for recruitment, so students look for off-campus placements or prepare for competitive exams like GATE, ESE, and UPSC, etc.
Infrastructure: The college has very good infrastructure, with air-conditioned classrooms equipped with good tables and benches. Free internet is available in the computer lab, and all computers work well. The library has a variety of books, but there is one problem: many good books are available only for SC and ST students.
Faculty: Almost every faculty member is qualified; they help every student and are very knowledgeable. However, there are some teachers whose teaching methods are not very good, which can be problematic sometimes. Exams are easy to moderate in mid-semester, but in end-semester exams, the questions are very difficult and lengthy.

The placements here go quite good as some good companies like accenture, wipro visits and they select the capable students and gives good package to them.

Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior.
Placements: 30% of students were placed in my course. The average package offered in my course is 3-4 lakhs per annum. Top recruiting companies for my course include Asahi India Glass Limited, Wipro, and Infosys. 100% of students got internships from my course, either in government or private organizations, because internship is compulsory in the 7th semester. Various roles such as class representative, class coordinator, and social media coordinator are available in college clubs and cells.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not provided by the college; only 34 MB per day is given. Labs are huge, and at least the instruments are present. Classrooms are clean, and there are 12 seminar halls, with 4 air-conditioned in each. An e-library and a regular library are present in college but open only from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Hostel fees are very high, and hostel accommodation is provided only for the 1st and 2nd semesters. The canteen is clean, but food quality is very low. Medical facilities are available in the college, and the sports ground is huge. A sports teacher is allotted by the college, but games competitions are not conducted.
Faculty: Teachers are M.Tech and PhD qualified. The teaching quality is lower in some branches (EE, Mechanical, Civil) but best in others. The course curriculum makes the students industry-ready, but students are not consistent, so only some students are placed. Semester examinations are easier, and professors easily give marks.
Other: In Electrical Engineering, government job opportunities are available. Events are conducted by the college, but not all events occur in years 1 and 2. Various cells are present, and the alumni connection is strong. Scholarships are provided by the government, and college alumni offer scholarships as well.

College fees are a little bit high but except for this, overall this is the best college.
Placements: As of the current trend, CS, IT, and AI are most preferred by the companies coming for placement. But, in MIT's other branches, students also get good placement. If I talk about EE (my branch) , for maintaining a good CGPA (7-9) or more , which is very easy to get in MITs, you only have to go to college daily. Then, you can get a good placement of 4 LPA to 25 LPA or more.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is the best of all the colleges in MP. As new buildings are built and old buildings are also maintained perfectly. I am not from a hostel, but as I have information, hostels are also good. The college offers hostels only for 1 year for boys (1st year) and for girls it is available for all 4 years. Hostel buildings are all new, as old buildings are going to be renewed after some year; currently they are closed.
Faculty: Faculties are very good. They are experienced as well as well understood. The exam pattern is so good that no one can fail; just go to college daily. Exams are taken in parts so as you study some topics, give the exam and get marks and a good CGPA. If you want to enjoy college life, you have to go to college, as it is the best part of life . The syllabus in EE is very good and easy for students to study. They also give you chances to improve your other skills.
Other: If you are not getting any NIT, IIIT or IIT, then it's the best choice for you after SGSITs Indore .

My institute always tries to improve.
Placements: 60% to 70% of students were placed through on-campus and off-campus recruitment. The highest package was 1 crore from the computer science department to Google, and the lowest package was 4 lakhs from the electrical engineering department. In my course, the top recruiting company was Accenture, and 60% to 65% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: The classrooms and labs are very good, and the labs have all the necessary instruments. However, the library doesn't have enough books, and there aren't enough tables and chairs for all the students. Also, the computer labs have internet issues, but this problem doesn't occur in all the labs; only a few have this issue. The hostel facility is well managed, but the quality of the food is poor.
Faculty: The college has highly educated faculty, but some are unable to teach and explain the course content properly because they have less teaching experience. Electrical engineering is a difficult course, and the exams are difficult as well. However, the passing percentage is 80-90%.
Other: I took this course because I am interested in studying electrical machine. The best things is labs of my department. I wish some subject faculty should be changed. Crowd is very high; the event and other activities are very helpful. Scholarship also

For the fees they charge, the placements are very poor.
Placements: The number of students placed in this course is nearly zero on campus. The average package offered in this course is 3 lacs. 10% of the students got placed from this course in my college last year. Top recruiters are TCS and Wipro. Last year, none of the students got internships from my course so I think this course is not suitable for students in this college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my department is good but there is no proper availability of seats. The air conditioning is very poor and the seminar halls are not available for all the batches. The hostel infrastructure is good but the facilities provided are very poor, four students have to stay in one room. The hostel food is very poor in quality.
Faculty: The teachers are not well qualified but are helpful. Their teaching approach is only marks oriented and practical knowledge is not provided in this college. The course curriculum is not relevant to make the students industry ready, it only provides theoretical knowledge.

The college is good.
Placements: Almost 70% of students got placed in the electrical engineering department. Out of 990 students across all departments, 730 got placed. In the electrical engineering department, 26 companies came, and the number of offers made was 106. Additionally, 127 students completed internships.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for the electrical department, such as Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and library, are well-structured, and new classrooms are being established. The quality of the facilities in the hostel is pretty decent, and the food available in the mess and canteen, along with medical facilities, sports, and games, are good.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. The course is well-structured, and the teaching quality is good. This electrical course has a curriculum that is relevant and makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams in this college are easy.
