Chasing my dream: My college journey.
Placements: Around 40-50% of students get placed in batch 2025. The average package is 4.5 LPA. The highest package of batch 2025 is 13 LPA on campus and off-campus, and it is 20 LPA. Mainly service-based companies visit the campus for placements. Around 50-60% of students get internships in the role of software developers.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is quite decent and better compared to other state government colleges like DAVV Indore and JEC Jabalpur. However, the cons of college are that it has a small campus size and does not have Wi-Fi for students. But the pros are that our college has very good labs. Computers have graphic cards which are optimal for machine learning in model training. I am a day scholar therefore I have no idea about hostels.
Faculty: Teachers are quite knowledgeable and have good knowledge of their respective fields. The course curriculum gets updated semester by semester. Faculty members focus on students to get practical knowledge and become ready for a job. However, some faculty members are not very supportive of always irritated types.
Other: I chose this course due to my JEE rank, but as I study my course I get a really deep interest in subjects offered by the course. I like my course AI and Robotics because it is a combination of both hardware and software. Our college does not organises any big fest but it has clubs like GFG, GDSC, Codewar, etc. Clubs organise their small fest on a monthly basis. The campus is 4 kilometers from Gwalior Railway Station and 9 kilometers from Gwalior Airport.

MITS: The best infrastructure college.
Placements: Around 50% of students get placed in my college with an average Package of 4-5 LPA. Top recruiters are Zensar, Wipro, Accenture etc. Companies visit the college for placements if we are eligible for that. In Some companies, there are CGPA criteria. This is only in some companies. Most companies are open for all.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is top-notch compared to other state government colleges. The classes and labs are well-furnished. Wi-Fi is there in all labs. There are high performing computer labs. The library is also very nice. You can find every book related to your course in the library.
Faculty: The curriculum is the best. There are regular quizzes and assignments which help students to be on track. There are labs and practical sessions too. Faculty members are very supportive and helpful. All are PhD holders. The semester exams are quite easy. The curriculum and faculty members are the best.

My journey: In which I got many experiences and knowledge.
Placements: Placements are average in our college, and in my batch, we also got average placements, around 5 LPA. But in recent years, placements have been going down, and in my senior batch (2025) of my branch, only 12 students out of 80 students are placed till now, and the placement percentage is low, around 40% (overall college). Students get a minimum package of 4 LPA, and this year the highest package is 11 LPA. But yes, the Training and Placement cell has a lot to improve. In our college, students have to find internships on their own because the college does not provide internships to students.
Infrastructure: I heard from hostelers that the infrastructure of the hostel is decent, but the fee is so high, and the mess food is so bad. Our college has very good infrastructure. The labs are quite good, and we have many computers and AI/ML labs. The canteen is also decent, and the rate of food is affordable. We have one decent-sized clinic where we can get free basic medicine. Our college has one football ground, 4 badminton courts, 1 cricket ground, 1 basketball court, and 1 volleyball court. Our college also has a library, which is open Monday to Friday (10 AM - 6 PM).
Faculty: In my college, most teachers have done their Ph.D. in their respective fields and are mostly helpful. Faculty members are well-prepared for class, providing notes and PPTs for the course. Some teachers have excellent teaching quality, but many teachers seem like they are not interested in teaching. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant, but it does not provide enough knowledge to make students industry-ready. Students have to put in hard work by themselves to become industry-ready. The end-semester examination is moderately difficult, and approximately 90% of students passed the exam (in my branch).
Other: In Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, the best thing about my course is that we get knowledge about both hardware and software. But I wish our college would focus more on the AI part because, currently, in my course, faculty mostly focus on the robotics part. So I wish they would focus on both parts equally. Sadly, our college does not have many annual fests but has many mini-fests like Telsi Mahotsav and Ethnic Day. There are many tech and art clubs in college, such as GeeksforGeeks, GDSC, CodeWar, and many more. I receive Rs 28,500 as scholarship money yearly from the Madhya Pradesh government.

About MITS college's fests and hostel.
Placements: Out of 1500 students, only 150 got placed and only 5 companies came for interviews and placement and 1 of them left midway. The highest package was 28 lacs for 4 students outside of campus; the lowest package was around 3.2 lacs. Amazon, Wipro, Infosys, Mahindra and various startups are recruiting from here.
Infrastructure: Classes are very well designed and quite comfortable, with Wi-Fi provided. Wi-Fi is rather slow on mobile phones but runs fast in computer labs. The hostel was a room allotted to four students. Hostel mess food quality is really bad; they sometimes give food with fungus in it. And the quality of the materials they use is also bad. The complaints you make are not listened to by anyone.
Faculty: Faculty are highly qualified; they either have a Ph.D. or have at least 5 years of teaching experience. They teach nicely and provide notes and reference material. Courses are flawlessly designed by some of the greatest minds in India, so you should not worry about that. Semester exams are rather easy if you at least attend the classes.
Other: I was into robotics in school too, where I was part of various projects that used IoT. So I opted for this course. There are events or fests on every occasion, organized by clubs, societies and cells. Our college calls even tech company employees to encourage students.

My Review for Mits Gwalior.
Placements: Most of the CS-IT students got placement in the college. The highest package is of 32 Lacs off campus and 14 Lacs on campus and the lowest package is 3.5 Lacs. Top Companies are Accenture, Tcs, LtiMindtree, Newgen, Hsc, Kloudspot, etc. 10% students got internship in companies like accenture. Top roles are AI engineer, ML engineer, Data Scientist, Software Engineer.
Infrastructure: The facilities are moderate and infrastructure is very best. There is good availability of Wi-Fi, Labs, Classrooms and Library. I'm a day Scholar so I don't know about hostels but hostel facility is available in college. There is Sports and Games facility is also available.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable but you have to do study by own for your better performance. Their teaching quality is good. Yes, the curriculum is relavent and have benefits and make students industry ready. The semester pattern is not so much difficult by doing study on regularly basis it is easy to crack it. Pass percentage is 40%. .

It is a good choice to join Madhav Institute of Technology in terms of placement, food, and hostel.
Placements: The percentage of campus placement is about 80%, which is quite good according to private colleges. The average package is about INR 6 LPA. There are lots of companies coming to college that are giving good packages to students. 80% of students placed in the 3rd year received a good package.
Infrastructure: I would say that overall, our college is quite good. There is a canteen and a library. It also has a room for various academic activities. The festival is done graciously, and the classroom has facilities like Wi-Fi and smart boards. The food and living areas are also hygienic.
Faculty: The faculty is highly qualified, experienced, and extremely approachable. It depends on college guidelines; generally, there are internal and external exams. The faculty in our colleges are very cooperative and friendly and provide students with apt guidance to achieve their goals.
Other: I chose a career in B.Tech. because of the many opportunities for a successful career. I enjoy artificial intelligence and coding. I enrolled in this course to learn more about AI and ML and how to develop a website.

Overall college is very good.
Placements: Recently almost 98% of students are placed from CS/IT branches. The lowest package in our college is 3LPA the highest package from our college is 1CR and average package is 4.5 LPA Internships offered is 50%. But mostly students take off campus internships.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite good, the condition of classrooms and buildings and others places are very fine. Also library is also quite good. Yet little small. Canteen is best in terms of food and cafeteria things. Other facilities are also been provided.
Faculty: Teachers are very good here, truly helpful in every terms. Yet little quality of teachings is not up to the mark. Course curriculum is also designed well according to the branches. Semester exams are not that hard, they are also designed according to students. Passing percentage is good.
Other: I chose this course because I want to learn about AI and related to it. Some things that can be improved are, Campus life after 6pm, also library should be open 24/7. Yet little bit of management in Fest are required.

One of best state level colleges of Madhya Pradesh .
Placements: In Madhav Institute of technology and Science Gwalior, the course of Artificial intelligence and robotics was introduced 3 years back. So there is no data of placement of this course. But if you SEE placement of other branch than there is pretty good placement rate in this institute, last year average placement of last year was 7lpa but highest placement was 1cr that was of campus, highest on campus was 32lpa.
Infrastructure: In hostel of institute and in whole campus Wi-Fi facility is available 24*7, labs area so modern some classrooms are not so good but most of them are nice. Institute have small dispensary. Have a very big football ground that is maintained daily very well and sports ground like volleyball, cricket, basketball, etc. are also available.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified have degree of M.Tech or Ph.D. have deep knowledge of subject. They are helpful always solve doubt. Scheme of course is very well, and exam are so frequent and practical and proficiency east also took place in every semester fore every subject.
