Supportive faculty members.
Placements: Mssw selects students who have merit scores in their schooling. It also offers seats for SC/ST students. For further higher education, Mssw offers an excellent standard for all colleges. We are networked with various non-government organizations and companies.
Infrastructure: Mssw has an A+ grade from NAAC, which shows that the college has a good library and supportive faculty members both inside and outside the campus. Mssw also has Wi-Fi on campus, and the food is healthy and tasty. In addition, Mssw has all the shops you need nearby.
Faculty: Mssw offers a good balance of theory and practical teaching. The courses are good, and the subjects are easy to learn. The teaching quality is always good, and students have the opportunity to learn from the community. The only downside is that students must have a minimum attendance of 75% to be able to take the exam.

College has good placements and quality faculty members.
Placements: The minimum percentage required for placements is above 60%, but it varies depending on the company. A decent percentage is around 70%. The highest salary package was 9 LPA, and the lowest salary package was 4 LPA. Ashok Leyland, Ramco, Cognizant, Yamaha Motors, Royal Enfield, Reliance, and Emphasis are some of the recruiting companies. Internships are mandatory, and everyone receives internship opportunities. Some students also received stipends based on their performance. Students who complete this course can work in the manufacturing sector for employee relations or in the corporate sector in various HR functions.
Infrastructure: Our college has good Wi-Fi facilities and a library with a collection of more than 17,000 books. College also has access to over 6,000 e-journals and 31,3500 e-books. Classrooms are spacious, with good lighting and ventilation. College has a clinic room for sudden emergencies. There is a small canteen, and the quality of hostel food is adjustable. Sports Day is conducted over two days. The first day focuses on indoor games, and the second day is dedicated to outdoor games.
Faculty: We have good-quality faculty members with field experience and extensive knowledge. They introduce topics with real-life case studies for better understanding. The course curriculum is very relevant, covering all aspects of HR, such as OB, labor laws, financial concepts, business management, workplace counseling, HR analytics, employee relations, and more. In each semester, we have one-semester exam worth 100 marks and two internals worth 25 marks each. The approach is flexible, and it is fine to score the best out of the two internals. The pass percentage is more than 55%.
Other: I chose this course because it offers the best placements, and MSSW has a strong reputation for empowering and developing HR professionals for the industry. They conduct many programs where we can network with great HR professionals. Regarding college events, we have an annual cultural program named Dejavu. In addition, we celebrate Onam, Pongal, Dandiya nights, and other programs. We receive strong support from our alumni in securing placements and bringing esteemed guest speakers for lectures. Our campus is small but has a peaceful atmosphere, with a great Wisdom Tree and stone benches around it. We offer several scholarships, such as state government scholarships, post-metric minority welfare scholarships, the Central Sector Scheme, and the Indira Gandhi Postgraduate Scholarship. For extracurricular activities, we have many clubs, including Rotaract, Student Development Council, Eco Club, Theater Club, NSS, French Language Club, Network Resource Center, and Counseling Center.

The life at MSW will be very enjoyable with personal and professional learning with satisfaction.
Placements: My class had 40-50 students. Since this is a bachelor's degree, we didn't get placed or get package offers. However, each of us got the opportunity to do internships in various NGOs, such as the Aruvi Foundation, Women of Worth Dignity Foundation, and so on. The roles offered while doing internships were to conduct tasks for the people so they could get connected to each other well, to communicate to people to be an advocate for their problems, and also to help them get identification cards such as Aadhaar cards, ration cards, and some privileges from the government.
Infrastructure: The food in the mess is good and the rooms are decent. The college has a library with a good collection of books. It also has a psychologist and counselors to help students. The college is good at conducting outdoor sports and games such as volleyball, throw ball, shuttle football, and indoor games such as carrom and table tennis.
Faculty: The teachers in our department are very knowledgeable and qualified. They are always willing to help us with any subject, even if they don't teach it. They also help us to develop professionally and personally, and they don't discriminate. The semester exams are usually conducted every six months, and in between we also have internals. The passing percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to help people by addressing their problems and helping them help themselves. The course is all about helping others to help themselves. There are two major events that occur in our college: cultural day and sports day. We also celebrate other festivals such as Onam, Christmas, Pongal, and ethnic day. As part of our course, we have rural camps, study tours, projects, fieldwork, and observation visits, which are very useful for getting connected to people and society.

It is an excellent college in India.
Placements: Our college does not provide placements for UG courses. All PG courses have great placements in many leading companies. The salary package offered is 12 LPA. Top recruiting companies like SOS, etc., visit our campus. The top role offered is HR.
Infrastructure: Our college and hostel provide excellent facilities. A playground is available where students can play volleyball. An indoor sports room is available. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus and hostel. A library is available. Computer labs are open from 8 AM to 7 PM. Our college provides average infrastructure. First aid boxes are available. A canteen and a mess are available. The mess serves food three times a day.
Faculty: Our teachers are well-qualified and helpful. The teaching quality is excellent. Non-Tamil students might find it difficult to adapt to a few staff members who teach in Tamil. The course curriculum is relevant. It prepares you to be a professional social worker. The syllabus is set after proper planning and is updated every few years based on requirements. Semester exams are average, with both theoretical and practical questions. If someone is well versed in the basics, they have a high chance of excelling in the practical question. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. Social work not only helps you to work but also helps you to empower and liberate society. The best thing about this course is the field work and soft skill sessions, which help you grow as a person. Our college organises two events, such as DejaVu and Sports Day. Our college celebrates many festivals like Pongal, Onam, Ethnic Day, etc.
