I'm satisfied with what I chose. Though the college is average, the course is good.
Placements: This course was newly launched at MITM. The subjects offered by this particular course are really helpful for students who are deeply interested in cybersecurity, IoT, and blockchain. These streams are in demand. This year is the first batch to face placements and attend interviews. However, students from other courses have been placed well in different companies. In the month of October, IBM is visiting this college. Many more companies are expected to come.
Infrastructure: The department has two classrooms, one Centre of Excellence room, and one lab. It is well-equipped with IoT devices and has a good internet connection with well-maintained systems. I'm a day scholar, but I do have friends who stay in the hostel. The hostel is average, and the food is average too. They genuinely need to focus on improving the hostel facilities. They do encourage sports, and we have a separate ground for it. Our college is actually famous for its massive ground for sports.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful and have extensive knowledge of what they teach. The courses they offer are very relevant to what the industry needs. This is really helpful for students. The exams are difficult for students who do not concentrate in class or study regularly. Overall, the difficulty is average. Our college provides multiple chances to pass for students who fail. To be specific, the passing percentage is 60%.
Other: The reason I chose this course is to learn more about cybersecurity and gain knowledge. They could improve the practical skills provided to students. The college organises fests and events, and they can be enjoyable.

Good faculty members, good placement in 2025, and good infrastructure.
Placements: 90 out of 120 students are placed at companies offering 6 LPA, and 30 of them have got internships at high-paying and highly preferred companies. So this year, our branch has achieved 100% placement, but other branches have achieved around 89%. The roles offered are Data Analyst and Full Stack Developer.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is too good. We have sufficient classrooms, and we have many auditoriums for each branch so that many programs like Hackathon and Ideathon are conducted. The major problem is only about the quality as well as the quantity of food provided in the hostel.
Faculty: Faculty members are highly knowledgeable. A few are taken from industries, which has increased the quality of teaching. Since they have many years of experience in industries, they know the real-world competition and struggle, so by this, they educate us and help us develop our skills.
Other: I chose Computer Science Engineering because of high demand and more job opportunities.

It has knowledgeable and student-friendly faculty members.
Placements: The drawback of this college is that it won't conduct programs like hackathons, etc. It is not very developed, which is the major reason for the smaller number of placements. 70 percent of students got placed from the CSE department with a package of 6 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for the course is excellent, but the hostel facility is not good. The food provided in the hostel is not so good, and students staying in the hostel are not satisfied with it. Except for food, other things are well-maintained. Students' safety is secure here, and only on weekends they are allowed to go out of the hostel.
Faculty: Faculty members are knowledgeable. Some faculty members are from industry backgrounds, which actually helps students to gain more knowledge about their course and about the present competitive world. There are student-friendly faculty members. They guide and help students in doing various projects, which help in placements. MITM College has experienced faculty members. It has faculty members who are from an industrial background, so that students get more ideas and knowledge about the present competitive world.
Other: Extracurricular activities are conducted. There are some clubs based on branches that help students to do some projects, which may help in their placement purposes.

Honest review about our college.
Placements: The percent of students present in our college depending on the mechanical course is nearly 25% to 30%. The lowest package of overcoat is 1 LPA and the highest package is 5 LPA. The top recruiting companies for mechanical courses are Tata, Infosys, and HTML.
Infrastructure: Our college has good infrastructure and good libraries for students. Library is helpful. Good sports encouragement.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and experienced with a minimum of 10 years of experience and very friendly teachers. We are lucky to have teachers with a great qualification and experience which helps students with exams in a friendly manner. The quality of teaching is very good and high-quality teachers.
Other: Mechanical is my dream that's why I chose mechanical. Mechanical is improving day by day in all aspects. Events and fests are very good including Mahadasra and many other events are held in our college which is very good.

College is not good and I don't recommend you people to join this.
Placements: Placements are not at all good. It is way more complicated and does not help students to get placed. The highest package ranges from 7 LPA - 8 LPA. The lowest salary is 2 LPA. It is not good for students. It is way more complicated and not useful for all the students and not very helpful.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good and they are strict in their own way. They make more money from it and library is a good thing to happen in our college. It's good to be part of the library and is useful to us. It is way more bigger and has almost all kinds of books.
Faculty: Exams are good. Teachers are knowledgeable and have greater experience. They have great PhDs done in their own branch. They are strict sometimes and have great thoughts. Sometimes they are not helpful to us and have some target towards students.
Other: I chose this branch as my friends told me to. Crowd is too huge to handle and it's huge. We can't even stand in that crowd. Campus surroundings are good.

An review about MIT Mysore.
Placements: The college placements are not good. They say we have good placements in our college. But the placements are less. About 60-70% of students will be placed every year says the students of the college. The average package ranges from 4 LPA - 5 LPA. Till now, the highest package is 18 LPA. Overall, placements are not good.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is average but they will provide good air-ventilated rooms with the best light quality and a good water supply. The hostel is good and Wi-Fi does not work properly. But the food is okay. Non-veg is not available in the hostel and also not allowed in the college canteen.
Faculty: Some teaching faculty members are good but some are bad. Teachers are not too friendly to the students. They will be annoyed with the same things but they have qualified faculty members from M.Tech to PhD. Curriculum is good but it should improve. Somehow, it is relevant to the course we are studying. Semester exams are difficult and an average above 90% will pass.
Other: The college is located outside the city where transportation of public is less but the environment is good. They will provide transportation from 3 districts for less price and it is good. Library facilities are better.
