The college is good in terms of education and, for me, it is the best in the Gorakhpur region.

Placements: At Maharana Pratap Polytechnic, more than 60% of students get placed through campus placements in various companies. The average salary package that is offered at the start of the job is about Rs. 15,000 per month. The main recruiters of our college students are the Asahi Glass Limited and other mechanical companies.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. The various departments that are available here are computer science, electrical, mechanical, architecture, civil, etc. The hostel fee is too low, but there are food charges, which are not high. The classrooms are spacious and good.

Faculty: Teachers are good at behaving and are much more supportive by nature. They are also knowledgeable with good teaching quality. By training them in the workshop, the students are made good for the industry. Semester exams are of medium level and require 17 out of 50 marks per subject to pass.

Other: The scholarships are also provided by the government, and fewer events happened here when I studied here.

The campus is well developed with greenery and proper high-tech classrooms and labs.

Placements: Our college is aided but got the tag of 'Best Placement Polytechnic College of UP East Region'. Companies came for internships and placements, like Mahindra, Wipro, Subros, L&T etc. The college also organises many social works like tree plantation, Clean India Mission, child labour etc.

Infrastructure: The college has greenery, proper blocks and buildings for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year students with high tech labs and smart classrooms. The college has separate workshops for different works like electrical shop, welding shop, fitting shop, foundary shop, sheet metal shop, machine lab, carpentry shop etc.

Faculty: If you focus on your career, I suggest you this college because teachers are well qualified than other Polytechnic colleges. Every month, sessional exams are held for better performance of students to get the highest marks in semester exams.

Other: The campus is very beautiful, and it also has NCC division for interested cadets who want their career as a technical officer or technical soldiers in our defense forces.
