The National Testing Agency (NTA) will open a correction window for candidates who need to update their JEE Main 2027 Session 1 application form. Candidates can use this facility to correct errors, if any, in the details entered during registration.
JEE Mains 2027 Application Form Correction
JEE Mains 2027 form correction: The session 1 correction window will be available from November 27 to 29. Candidates must make the required changes within the specified dates. Once the correction window closes, NTA will not accept further requests to change the permitted details. The correction facility will be available online at the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in.
To access the correction window, candidates must log in to the official website using their JEE Main 2027 application number and password. Candidates should not assume that every detail can be changed. NTA will allow corrections only in the fields specified in its official notice.

JEE Main 2027 Application Form Correction Dates
NTA will close the JEE Main registrations on November 22 without any late fee. With late fee, candidates will be able to apply from November 23 to 26. The correction facility will be available for a limited period after the registration closes. The correction dates for JEE Main 2027 are listed below.

What Details Can Be Edited in JEE Main 2027 Application Form?
NTA will allow candidates to edit only the fields enabled in the correction window. Depending on the official instructions, the permitted fields may include:
Candidates shall be allowed to change any one of the fields:
- Candidate Name or
- Father's Name or
- Mother's Name
Candidates shall be allowed to change all the fields
- Class 10th/equivalent details
- Class 12th/equivalent details
- State Code of Eligibility

What Details Cannot Be Edited in JEE Mains Application Form 2027?
Certain details may remain locked during the correction window. These will include:
- Registered mobile number
- Registered email address
- Present or permanent address
- Emergency contact details
- Candidate's photograph

How to Make Corrections in JEE Main 2027 Application Form?
Candidates can follow these steps to correct their application forms:

- Open the submitted application form.

Is There a Fee for JEE Mains Form Correction 2027?

Candidates who have made any spelling mistakes or entered wrong details in the application form can change it during application form correction window.
