B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering - Batch of 2019
2.0
I suggest you take admission in other good colleges as it is a poor institute.
Placements: The college does not give many placements. It has a low image.
Infrastructure: Games are not available, but the hostel is in good condition. The institute needs to develop a good campus as other colleges provide. It should learn how to treat students. The hostel is a waste of money, and it will always restrict you from coming out and going anywhere.
Faculty: All the staff members are uncooperative. Staff members will not provide any assessment marks, and their behavior is also intolerable. I suggest they should just close this institute and find a better job. All teachers are not stable in their minds. Faculty members are inexperienced. There is no healthy environment.
Other: Our college should provide good staff members with a respectful principal. They must behave in a good manner with students. The principal is the worst person I have seen in any institute.

Absolutely dissatisfied with Mahirishi Arvind institute regarding to teaching & placements.
Placements: Placements from the college is way too less. Many students have to search for placements outside the campus. Students activities, teaching is very poor. No internship is provided from the college & students have to struggle even for getting internships.
Infrastructure: In the name of facilities you get the benefit of being the only private engineering college in the middle of the city of Jaipur. That is the one and only benefit you can get out of all the "Infrastructure". Hostels are decent but not justified the fees they charge for it. Food is again not up to the standards. Also there is not much benefit of living in the college hostel as there is no access to day long library as it closes by 5 PM. Also the hostel can accommodate only 80 students that too only for the first year students just to have more intake of students.
Faculty: Teachers again are not up to the mark. Many of the teachers were college alumni and were given assistant professor's job in the college under the name of placement. You can just assume how the teaching quality for different subjects would have been. Course curriculum was average but if complemented with below the average teacher, it is destined to be a disaster.
Other: College has some good events where students get to interact with seniors & peers apart from usual activities.

An average college to pursue higher education with.
Placements: Not upto the mark. College fails to provide inhouse placement campus drive. Though it manages to provide entry in off campus drives. Mostly the jobs provided by the college are usually in BPO's, KPO's and marketing sector jobs. The college lacks in providing core jobs.
Infrastructure: The college covers pretty fair area of infrastructure. Wi-Fi facility is provided by the college and connectivity is good. Library posses less amount of new edition books. Condition of the book in library is not good. Separate sport fields is not provided by the college.
Faculty: The college fails to provide the experience faculty members in every subject. Teachers are helpful they provide notes at the time of examination. The teaching method delivered by the teachers is above average. College faculty members pressurises more on overall development of the student.

Little positivity from a pool of absolute negative!
Placements: Chances are bleak. You might get lucky when it comes to pool campus where companies like mahindra, capegemini or syntel come. The college does invite companies but the roles are extremely low paying. Getting a good placement is purely based upon your skills and hard work!
Infrastructure: 6 acre campus in the middle of the city. Location is a huge advantage for mansarover being a hub these days. There is a campus hostel for only boys with an upper limit of somewhere around a 100. Girls hostel is situated at walking distance from the campus. Infrastructure is sufficient but not well maintained when it comes to labs and workshops.
Faculty: Like every other college, you'll find some faculty members to be helpful and extremely knowledgeable. But most of them are fresh college pass outs with no knowledge whatsoever. The course is regulated by the university which itself is an epitome of mismanagement and corruption.
Other: The annual college fest "aura" is a refresher. There are numerous other opportunities in the field of extra and co curriculars!

One of the worst college in Jaipur whose sole motive is to trash out maximum money from students.
Placements: There are no placements in the college. This year, only one student was offered job from college placements. To be honest, you need to find a better college as it will ruin your future. An internship was never discussed. They just need money and training certificate. You have to find a company to train yourself.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was not much good. The labs have Wi-Fi, but the speed is too slow to use. Labs are there, but the equipment doesn't work. Even teachers don't know how to operate them. A library is there, which has some old books with an outdated syllabus. There are no medical facilities available. There are no sports and games ever. They just conduct a sports week once a year so that they can take Rs. 1000 per student. The hostel is okay. Mess food is also okay.
Faculty: Teachers here are not much knowledgeable. Only 1-2 teachers have some good teaching skills. The rest are worthless. They know nothing. When I joined 4 years ago, the faculty was good, but now majority teachers have left. Only the one who doesn't know how to teach are here. Teachers just come and read the book. We have to study on our own. There is no practical demonstration or an industrial exposure. If there's something fishy like an industrial tour, it's just because the college needs money.
Other: The best thing about the college is that it is in the centre or can be said in the heart of Jaipur. The location is well connected with other cities and is a great place to roam around with mostly all types of services available nearby. But I hope you are here to study and not to roam, so better don't enter this college.

It is a good college with good campus in the main campus.
Placements: There are some companies, which came to our college. For some companies, all the colleges manage a campus drive. All the seniors are not placed, but some are placed in very good companies. Last year, lots of drives were conducted in our college. Outdoor drives help many students.
Infrastructure: In this college, the quality of classrooms is average and labs are good, but not very well. Good food is available in the canteen. There are some interesting events in our college, but the campus is average. Hostel rooms are good and comfortable. There are good facilities for sports in the sports week.
Faculty: The behaviour of faculty members is very good. They are good and supportive, and especially ECE faculty have good knowledge and good teaching skills. They help the students in practicals, and they are highly qualified. In exams time, they help us with the main questions.

Not good but can be better in future.
Placements: The placement opportunities offered are limited. Not all the companies visit here that shown in the prospectus of the college at the time of admission. I have not heard any great package got by any student of my college from the time of my admission. But I am sure that my college will cope up with the time in the placement field.
Infrastructure: Four major buildings one for B.Tech, one for MBA, one for pharmacy and hotel management and last is boys hostel. No hostel facilities for the girls are available, and the mess of this college is average not that great. So the student can depandent upon. Three lawns but not for any game only for the decoration purpose. Not a place for the specific game or sport but the students play some games but for until any teacher come and scold them.
Faculty: Once upon a time when my college was mainly known for its facilities, it provides for the students. But nowadays the facilities are only in promises at the time of admission. A few faculty members are knowledgeable and don't have time to interact with the students apart from their studies. But rest of them are in the race to make their personality famous by making the students feel like jail.
Other: I am in 3rd year right now. My batch has a decent amount of students in all the branches. But as the time passing the number of the students in the joining batches is getting decreased year by year because of the college's behaviour among the students after admission is not admirable.

Partially satisfied because of the faculty.
Placements: There is no option of placements. The placements are depended upon the students. If the student's communication skill/ knowledge/grades are good, then he /she can get placements, so it depends on students. There is only one option for getting placed that is off-campus. If you do hard work, then you have a chance to get placements.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was really good and nice. The campus is spread over 10 to 12 acres, and it is located at Mansarovar Jaipur. Bus/metro connectivity is available. The canteen is good and medical facility is available. The food facility is average, and there is a little playground. The classrooms and hostels are average.
Faculty: Faculty in this college are B.Tech graduates, and only HOD has a good qualification. The course is designed as per RTU pattern. If you can study on your own, it is better, but teachers can't help you because they are just B.Tech graduates and none of them has experience.
