Review of our Malineni Lakshmaiah Womens Engineering College.
Placements: In our college, the placements are very good. I am a 2024 batch counseling student. They have started placement training for us. I think the number of students placed is low, however, our college got 15LPA for 10 students. The top recruiting companies of our college are Infosys and TCS. The average LPA of my college is 6LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good in our college. Wi-Fi is available in classrooms. All students are allowed to bring laptops to college daily. Labs are equipped with the latest equipment, and Wi-Fi is also provided. Hostel facilities is available in our college. It is not economical and has less tasty food. The classrooms are also very good in our college.
Faculty: The course curriculum is very easy to score and perform. Exams are not tough. Backlogs can be cleared easily, and faculty members are friendly, well educated, and qualified. The course curriculum is as per the latest trends. The pass percentage is around 75%, so there is no need to study hard. It is enough if students just study for one month before exams.
Other: We have very few events and fests in our college. Every year, there is a big fests called Mohan Mantra. It is a 3 day fest which includes both technical and non technical events. Outsiders are allowed to attend the fest. I want to improve my coding skills. In our college, I am a second-year student in electronics and communication engineering course..

Review of Malineni Lakshmaiah Women's Engineering College.
Placements: In our college, the highest package for last year was 40 LPA. The lowest package is 3 LPA. The average package is 4 LPA. 60% of the students got placements in our college, especially the Computer Science and Engineering and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning course students, who got placed very well. Roles offered in our college require good coding skills.
Infrastructure: In our college, the infrastructure is very good, and the facilities available create a good environment. We have computer labs for the students, and mechanical students have chemistry labs. We also have a big library with many books and computers, and Wi-Fi is available on campus. Our college is a women's college, and most of the faculty members are ladies.
Faculty: The teaching faculty in our college is very experienced and helps us a lot with our studies. Most of the faculty are highly educated, having completed their B.Ed. and PhDs. This makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams in our college are not very difficult; 90% of the students pass those exams.
Other: I chose this college because it is the best women's college in Guntur. The best things about my course are that we have job opportunities in both hardware and software, which is why I chose this course. I want to improve my coding skills. In our college, many fests are celebrated, and many clubs are conducted based on programming languages.

In our college, there are good placement facilities.
Placements: The students are placed at the percentage of 60% and above. Yes, there are top recruitment companies in our college. In our college, the placement package is 4.5 - 6.5 LPA. The top companies are TCS, Wipro, Accenture, and Capgemini. The top role offered is engineering.
Infrastructure: Good environment in the labs and classrooms. The library is very useful to improve our skills and experience. In my college, top-quality food is available. And in my college, top-quality hostel, medical facilities, sports, and games are available.
Faculty: The teachers are helping to improve our skills and knowledge. It is very difficult to pass in every semester. Teachers are helping to improve our qualities and skills. The course is good to understand because we are doing theoretical and practical.
Other: I chose electronics and communication engineering.

The college is good for women, and it is safe here.
Placements: My course is non-IT, so company recruitment is somewhat less compared to others. 40% of students got recruited in my course. The highest package is 4 LPA. The role is related to connections in apartments. We can also go into the IT side, and attend if we learn coding. We can also place in software roles.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good. The classrooms have comfortable benches, and the labs have good equipment. The digital labs are also provided in our college. The college has so many trees. We can go anywhere on campus, and we can study from any place. The hostels are good, and the food is also good.
Faculty: The faculty members are good. They come and teach, and if we have any doubts, we can go and communicate with them to clarify our doubts. They also help us in getting internships and jobs. They train us for placement exams. The exams are tough because the papers come from JNTU.
Other: I chose ECE because it helps to clear government exams, and we can also try for IT jobs.

One of the best colleges for women.
Placements: I have seen many colleges, but it is one of the best colleges for women. They provide quality education and placements for college students. As for Malineni Lakshmaiah College of Engineering in Guntur, it is generally known for its engineering programs. It offers various facilities to support academic excellence, student well-being, and extracurricular activities. They provide a library, lab facilities, computers, and seminar halls. They also provide a bus facility for more students. 70% of students are placed from my college. Accenture, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, etc., are recruiting. The highest package is 9 Lacs per annum, and the lowest package is 3,60,000. 50% of students got internships. Roles such as Associate System Engineer, Developer, and Java Developer are offered at my college.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are excellent in my college. Classrooms: Spacious and well-ventilated classrooms with modern teaching aids like projectors and smart boards. Library: A well-stocked library with a vast collection of books and journals. Hostel: Facilities like Wi-Fi, laundry, recreation rooms, and a mess providing hygienic food. 24/7 security is available.
Faculty: We have a placement and training center in our college. There are many trainers available in our college. They provide knowledge on Aptitude, Verbal skills, and Communication skills. Semester exams are not difficult; they are average. Every student can pass our semester exams. The pass percentage is 80% in our college.
Other: I chose this course because I am very interested in it. I think this course has a future and growth opportunities. The best thing is that they show everything practically. They improve our practical knowledge. The explanation is good, and they are cooperative with students. Before exams, they also teach us a way of learning. Cultural activities are done very well. I have a lot of memories in this college.
