I am not satisfied with the college as it has average placements and low pass percentage.

Placements: The placements are average. Students concentrate more on internships to get campus placements. The staff are helpful to students to get jobs and also help in their studies. CSE has good placements followed by ECE.

Infrastructure: The hostel is average, and the wardens encourage and help the students. Rooms are well-maintained. The hostel atmosphere is superb. The hostel surroundings have hills. Food is average.

Faculty: The faculty members are always ready to help the students. But the pass percentage is very low in our college. Students get backlogs too. I have a few backlogs, and I am trying to clear them.

Other: The campus view is good. Campus life is happy. We are enjoying here. But the fests are not held in our college.

The teachers are well qualified, good placements and the college has a pleasant environment.

Placements: In our college, almost all the students who are good at communication skills and have good coding skills got jobs. The companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Infosys, IBM and many other companies are visiting every year for placements. The highest package is 12.5 Lacs and average package is 4 Lacs per annum.

Infrastructure: The full campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The labs are well-equipped and the classrooms are hygienic and have the pleasant environment. In the library, there are all types of books and there are many volumes. In our college, there is digital library also. There is a hostel for boys and girls available too.

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and they are helpful to us. They are knowledgeable. The quality of the teaching is acceptable. Yes, the courses provided by our college are curriculum related and they make the students industry-ready. The exams are conducted twice per year.

Placements: Students who pass the exams can mostly get jobs. One should have minimum knowledge, communication skills, coding skills etc. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Google, IBM etc. The highest package offered is 12 lacs per annum, and the lowest package is 3 lacs per annum.

Infrastructure: Our campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Labs have good equipment. The library has many volumes of books. The canteen offers almost all the food items. The college has a sports ground, where we can play many sports like cricket, kabaddi, volleyball, basketball and many more.

Faculty: The teachers are really helpful and well-qualified. They are knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is very good. I am studying electronics and communication engineering. This course is curriculum relevant and makes the students industry-ready. Exams are very easy to score good marks if we have good knowledge of subjects.

Review of Chalapathi Institute of Technology.

Placements: In our college, all the pass-out students get placed in the campus drive if they have communication skills and some skills in coding. They get the job with a minimum package of 3.6 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, HCL, IBM, Worksbot, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college is surrounded by hills and the college is pleasant. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Some of our classes have projectors. In the labs, all the necessary equipment needed for students is available. Our college has a ground and we can play cricket, volleyball, basketball, kabaddi, etc. In the canteen, all the types of menu are available.

Faculty: Teachers here are more interactive with students to maintain a good relationship. Teachers are well qualified and are knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant. This college is affiliated with JNTUK so the exams are conducted by JNTUK.

Other: I chose the ECE branch as it has both software-related and core-related opportunities.

It provided the worst placements in 2017. It is good for sports and infrastructure.

Placements: Our college invited 2 companies for placements, and one is HGS another one is Surya Tech Solutions. HGS is somewhat a reputed company, while Suryatech is the worst company. I think engineering graduates are unfit for that work, and that job suits students who are trained in ITI. Below 10% of students got placed here. Only 8 students got placed, and I am one of them. Students who got placed got an equal salary package of 1.2 LPA. HGS is the top company that visits our college for our course placements. Atleast 10% of students got an internship in companies like Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Datapoint, Genpact, and HCL. The top role offered is an application developer. I remember one of my friends got selected in the HCL company with a developer role as his skills matched the vacancy requirement.

Infrastructure: Our college provides average facilities. Mainly the library is decent, and maintenance is bad. Classrooms are average here. It provides fans in classrooms. An air-conditioned facility is available in labs and administrative offices. It offers a huge ground and maintenance is the best. The hostel maintenance is the worst, but there is water scarcity. The hostel offers decent meals. The canteen is good. It does not provide medical facilities in the college. Sports and games are the best compared to the surrounding colleges and universities. I am satisfied with our physical education teacher as he only handles all the activities regarding sports and cultural events.

Faculty: Not all teachers are qualified. Teachers are always helpful and knowledgeable. I am satisfied with Raju sir, Sandeep sir, and Praveena mam. The course curriculum is relevant according to the industry. I think semester exams are easy to pass. The pass percentage is 35%.

Other: I have chosen this course because I am interested in the electronics and communication engineering course and this particular college offers the best at this. This course offers great laboratory equipment and provides enough information for masters. Our college should conduct some external visits to provide an industrial experience and show the industrial environment, which helps the students to become more confident. Events are conducted several times yearly but in an unfair manner. Scholarships are helpful, and they are at best providing for the students. Extracurricular activities are decent here.
