This college was very good for students at a time, but it is not up to the mark now.
Placements: There are no placements provided for our batch. When we asked our principal about this, he always ignored us by saying we called the companies and if the companies confirm, then we'll be informed through the notice boards. There were no placements for other branches like computer science engineering, electronics and communications, mechanical, and electrical engineering also. I was very hopeful about placements when I took admission in the college, but the college has ruined my degree.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is fairly good, but the building is kind of old. They have opened a school in the civil engineering building and shifted our batch to another building. The infrastructure of the lab is not good, and all the instruments are old and distorted. There are no lab assistants and no particular repairs to the equipment. The library has 5-6 years old books, and they do not renew them which causes a major problem to the students.
Faculty: Faculty members are not helpful except for one or two. They do not behave well. They just enjoy the company of their colleagues and other teachers, and they are not interested in taking classes for students. When we informed this to the management, they said they would sort it out, but they did nothing. In our 3rd and 4th year of our course, there were no classes at all. We went to college only for mid-semester, and the teachers didn't help students in the exam also. Instead, they insisted students to take private tuitions from them at their home.
Other: Internal assessment marks are not given by the college, and students failed due to this.

Marudhar Engineering College is not a better choice.
Placements: There are no good placements in this college. The companies that attend our campus for placements are of the other fields rather than engineering. They charge us to appear in for placements and once they get selected, the companies never revert to the students.
Infrastructure: The Infrastructure is fine with the quality of the labs and internet being poor. The library is awesome and contains many books related to the respective stream and others. There is less focus on sports, as there are fewer students.
Faculty: The teachers who teach us here are only B.Tech degree holders. They have moderate knowledge except some, who really have great knowledge. There is no industry exposure and the subjects were not taught properly.

In MEC college, last year 50-60 students were placed.
Placements: In the Marudhar Engineering College, the placement facility is available. Per year 60 to 70 students get placements with the help of college. Many national and multinational companies come for placement. All the staff will help in the placement for the students.
Infrastructure: In the Marudhar Engineering College, the Wi-Fi facility is available in all the buildings. The labs and classrooms are fully ventilated and had lab equipment. In the library department, all the books are available here. The campus of Marudhar Engineering College is fully green.
Faculty: All the staff of Marudhar Engineering College are highly qualified and giving the best, and they have 7-10 years of experience in teaching. The teaching methods they use are very easy. It means for more than 600 students there are approximately 60 teachers.

No placement chances depend on your own calibre and at your own risk.
Placements: There is no chance of placement, you have to try hard on your own, either if it is a government section or a private one. Small or local companies sometimes come to the college for the placement of the students. My suggestion is to avoid the placements and just focus on other options.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is the only accountable feature if we have to put some point in favour of our college. There is a huge campus area like a field, some greenery is a positive point in the desert surrounding area, good parking & transportation are available separately for faculty and students.
Faculty: There is a mixed opinion or review for this section like some faculty are too helpful that they support you in every bad situation, and some act like they are living in another universe. The course classes are regularly run, but labs are in a pitiful situation.
Other: There is an open library which provides you magazines, and Hindi, English or regional language newspapers. There are a separate canteen and mess which provide you healthy food and snacks, or a peaceful environment to discuss for visiting parents, or other official guests.
