College is very good. It is best for B.A. hons in political science.
Placements: Placement offers were less for bachelor of arts. The highest average package offered was Rs 15,000 per month, and the lowest was Rs 10,000 per month. There were many government related internships. Top roles offered in the course were assistant professor or civil servant.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was up-to-date with full Wi-Fi connectivity. The library satisfied the need for books. Hostel was amazing and hygienic. The food was nutritious and healthy. There were water coolers on every floor of the hostel and fully automatic washing machines.
Faculty: Teachers were very understanding and helpful. They provided every little detail of the course. The course curriculum was relevant and helped in future exams. Semester exams were easy and were relevant to the study material provided by the teachers, and I scored 80%.
Other: I opted for B.A. Hons in political science which provided me with every detail of how politics work around the world. College offered a variety of events and scholarships.

Best college in Chandigarh for girls.
Placements: There are 50%-60% of placements of B.A. Economics students. The highest salary package offered is about 5 LPA-6 LPA. Our college also organizes workshops and lectures to equip students with essential skills. Companies such as Wipro, ICIC Bank, and Hindustan Times have recruited students for various roles.
Infrastructure: Course facilities and infrastructure are great. They don't have Wi-Fi facility. Labs are clean and classrooms are good. Library has a good environment to study.
Faculty: College provides the best teachers. As an economics student, I can say our teachers give their 100% in teaching students. Teachers are helpful and qualified as of my experience. Economics honors is one of the best subjects to equip in B.A. Our college is famous for its psychology and economics department in B.A. course. Exams have very strict checking and pass percentage is 30%. Media, content writing teaching, HR, sales, and customer roles often attract B.A. graduates.
Other: Events of the college are excellent. Meraki is one of my favorite events I have attended. From my perspective, students should participate in extracurricular activities to improve their personality and personal growth.

It’s a basic women’s college, but you can enjoy it if you make friends. The campus is peaceful.
Placements: I am still a student, but I am pretty sure that only a few people will get placed after selecting my course, as it requires post-graduation. However, students get internships, and the placement cell comes to the college frequently. Companies come to the college for interviews and select students.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in the library. Although it's a pretty basic college, it's very peaceful inside, and there are a lot of places to just sit and relax. The library is good, but during peak hours, it's usually full since it has AC. Some of the classrooms also have AC. I am a day scholar, but I have heard that some hostel rooms are okay-ish while some blocks are good. The hostel timings are pretty early, around 6 or 7 PM, as you'll need to be inside the campus by then, but this is for safety reasons.
Faculty: Faculty for B.A. in the college is really nice. Teachers are well and cooperative. You just need to attend your classes regularly to learn more. The B.A. faculty is especially famous in the city. Semester exams are pretty average, and you can pass them easily if you study well, even scoring high.
Other: It’s just that it gets a little boring since it’s a girls' college, but if you involve yourself in enough things, I’m sure it will be fun. It’s very peaceful, and there’s rarely any drama in the college, so if you like that, you can join. If you want to enjoy college life properly, you have to go and join in communities and be an active member. That’s how you’ll make friends and enjoy. Hope you find this helpful.

    Satisfied with the college.
Placements: Mostly every student is given placement assistance. A lot of small and big firms come here to take talented students from MCM. Companies like Indigo, and placement agencies come here for placements. Around 65% of students get placed every year by the college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. They just need to improve the canteen. Also, washrooms are newly built. Classrooms need to be big. Wi-Fi is not there. The library has plenty of books on different subjects. It has study materials for competition exams.
Faculty: Our faculty members are experienced and have deep knowledge of the topics. Additionally, they are very helpful. They provide you assistance individually when asked. Semester exams are easy to handle as we are given extra books, notes, and previous year's question papers from the library.
Other: I chose this course so that I could have a bachelor's degree with my air hostess training.

It's a marvelous, excellent, and wonderful college to attend.
Placements: Every student who has passed the exams gets a chance to sit in the placement cell. There is no specific percentage criteria for placement; basic eligibility must be fulfilled. Packages range from 25k to 1 Lakh per month. Companies like Infosys and Airtel hire from here. Almost 80% of those who apply for placements are successfully placed.
Infrastructure: The college boasts well-established libraries, designated rooms and labs, food corners, Wi-Fi areas, and a professional environment. The food and atmosphere of the hostel are pleasant enough to enjoy college life. The management strictly enforces anti-ragging policies, ensuring a safe campus and hostel environment.
Faculty: The college has outstanding teachers and professors who deliver lectures effectively. The syllabus is up-to-date and well-maintained, with regular updates. The exams are based on the syllabus, making them easier to qualify.
Other: This college not only provides basic facilities and excellent education quality but also nurtures students' talents and promotes their advancement. MCM College has an excellent track record in academics and extracurricular activities.

MCM, a good college for studying, making friends, and overall having a good college, but no placemen
Placements: Honestly, there were no placements given for my course, Bachelor's in Arts, in MCM college! Students with BBA degrees did get placed into companies but with very low salaries! This was a negative point for MCM. There were no internships, no placements provided by our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college was very aesthetically pleasing. It was very artistic and calm. The canteen was hygienic, and there was Wi-Fi, psychology, computer labs! The library was very vast and had a wide range of resources, including books, journals, magazines, and daily newspapers. I did not opt for the hostel.
Faculty: The faculty is well-acknowledged and had a higher education level like Ph.D. Masters! Teaching quality was pretty average. Psychology teachers were, however, very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Their way of teaching was very nice! Yes, we had 2 compulsory subjects every semester which were Punjabi/History of Culture, Punjabi, and English. We were to choose 3 other subjects; I chose psychology, sociology, and political science. Semester exams were medium difficult. Questions were based on what we have studied, and past year questions used to repeat most of the time, so it made it quite easy!
Other: Bachelor's in Arts opens up so many opportunities. I wasn't really sure after what to pursue after the 12th but had a very keen interest in psychology, so I went with this course, and I do not regret it! I guess maybe a more practical way of teaching could help make it better, like real-life industrial experience for psychology! Hospital visits or real-life case studies! The campus crowd was good. There was a diversity of girls in our college. There were people from all across the country. Made many friends from Himachal! Cultural fests, NSS, and NCC clubs were there too! Sector 36 market was best for food. We went to Sector 15 for Chinese and affordable food options.
