The total Course Fee of B.Tech at Meerut Institute of Technology is INR 4.08 Lakhs. B.Tech is a four-year programme in which fees are paid every year. Every year has two semesters. So, there are eight semesters in the programme and the fee of eight semesters is INR 4.08 LPA. The Fee is paid every year which means that the fee of one year for B.Tech is INR 1.2 Lakhs per annum. One year has two semesters. The hostel fee at Meerut Institute of Technology for one year is nearly 50,000 which includes the mess charge, electricity bill, Wi-fi charges, etc.

Direct admission is provided only on vacant seats at an institution or college level. The eligibility criteria for BTech direct admission on seats remaining vacant in the first year after entrance examination counselling shall be such as may be notified from time to time. Candidates should have passed Class 12 from UP board/ CBSE or any other equivalent board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and a minimum of 45% aggregate in Class 12 (40% for SC/ ST candidates) is eligible for the Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology BTech programme. Candidates must also have a valid score in the JEE Main exams or in CUET exam.

The average compensation package was 6.5 LPA. However, according to the NIRF 2022 report, MIET placements in 2021 involved a total of 607 undergraduate and 100 graduate students.
