JEE Main is conducted in two sessions each year, with session 2 usually held in April. For the current cycle, NTA had announced the JEE Main Session 2 exam dates, and the exams for Paper 1 (BTech) were conducted on April 2, 3, 4, 7, and 8. The registration for session 2 is now closed. Now, prospective candidates should wait for the announcement of JEE Mains dates for the academic batch of 2026.

The eligibility criteria for BTech direct admission on seats remaining vacant in the first year after entrance examination counselling shall be such as may be notified from time to time. The selection will be followed by counselling. The counselling process of shortlisted candidates will be managed and regulated by Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling is an admission process held annually by Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU). Based on which the candidates will be allotted seats.
