I didn't like it because they are too strict on attendance and do not provide practical knowledge.
Placements: Around 60-70% of students have been placed in our course. The highest package was around 12 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA, while the average package is around 4.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, Infosys, and Cognizant. The percentage of internships is quite low, around below 10%.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is quite good in our class as well as in the library, which offers good speed. There are 3-4 libraries that have almost all the good books related to our course. However, the computers in the labs are not up to the mark. They are of an old generation. Rooms in the hostel are quite small, and the mess food is just average, but the canteen provides good food for us. With average facilities for medicine and sports, we have a fest with all AKTU colleges, and we have won it many times.
Faculty: The knowledge of some teachers is very good, and they teach like pros, but some are just average and lack proper knowledge of their subject. The curriculum is not good as I feel they are preparing for theories, not practical. Hence, there is a lack of practical knowledge. Semester exams are average. You can pass by studying for one day, and the passing marks are 50%.
Other: The best thing about my course is its flexibility. CSE is not limited to just one field. You can explore areas like web development, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data science, and more. This gives me the freedom to experiment and find what suits me best. Another good part is that most learning resources are available online, so even if college teaching is average, you can still build strong skills on your own. Fests are very enjoyable. I just love the fest of my college. We have a fest named Kolhaal that lasts for 3 days, and it's amazing.

Teachers create a good bond.
Placements: Green current electronics engineer, Trakbond, Satyam software solutions, Flex Ltd, Morphedo, Heblox pvt Ltd, P2 power solutions were a few of the peculiar companies that completely look for the right candidate in the field of electrical and communication engineering with an initial package of 3.5 CTC.
Infrastructure: Special concern in building a sports facility, as all the indoor and outdoor fields were equipped with safety signs, even though they had newly initiated a pickleball court. Scholarships based on categories like merit, need, and minority sports were arranged. Amounts like finest would be charged for any of the interdisciplinary action.
Faculty: Teachers responded to all the inquiries of the students with an easily approachable attitude, and our teachers would blend some of the rules for maintaining good relationships among the students. The thing to be worried about with academics was that teachers were changing often.

A decent engineering college. Best for those who couldn't afford a luxurious private university.
Placements: About 1500 students take admission in MIET yearly. It holds the largest number of admissions in our city. Our college is ranked as one of the top institutions of UP in terms of placement, especially for the engineering sector. It averages around 7-9 LPA and 60% of placement record (the highest in Meerut and neighboring cities). Data analyst, software developer, front-end & back-end developers are the roles offered in my course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite good. It contains labs for every practical subject, canteens, libraries, and a large number of classrooms. Our college has more than 10 blocks of buildings. Hostels and Wi-Fi facilities are there too. Our college has different blocks for each department.
Faculty: Experience with faculty members is a mixed response from me, as I have just passed my 1st sem. But they are nice, sweet, helping and supportive. They are also well-experienced and knowledgeable professors. Some of them are young, which brings you a friendly environment.

MIET College is good for every student.
Placements: Almost 80 percent of the students got placed last semester in our CSE branch. The highest package is about 12 LPA, and the minimum package is about 3.3 LPA. Top recruitment companies are TCS, HCL, Deloitte, Samsung, Cognizant, and many other tech companies visit every semester. Almost 60 percent of the students got internships in different streams.
Infrastructure: The facility and infrastructure that our college management is providing are good for every student. Facilities such as free Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and library are all very well maintained. The hostel management also provides all necessary facilities to every student. The mess and canteen food are good for everyone to eat. Medical and health facilities are also very well maintained.
Faculty: All the teachers in our college are very well qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is absolutely good, and there is good interaction between students and teachers. This is relevant to our curriculum and makes students ready for industry-level work.

College life with memories.
Placements: Not all the students were placed, even people who were placed got fired after 1 month. The highest package was of 14 LPA, and the average packages were of 3.7 LPA. The top recruiting companies were TCS, Deloitte, HCL, Accenture, Capgemini, and Cognizant, and some small start-ups.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good, but not maintained, they paint the wall, nothing more they do. The classrooms were big and had all the facilities. The quality of food was average, and the hostel was also not that good-looking. The college provides bus services as well.
Faculty: The teachers teach us from great concepts and guide us through our careers. The teachers are very knowledgeable and share most of the knowledge with us so that we can build ourselves and have great intelligence. The teachers also suggest books that will boost our career life.

The college is good. I suggest students get admission here. It has highly supportive staff.
Placements: The overall percentage of students who get placed is 100%. It is an ideal number. The highest package is 26 LPA. The lowest package is 4 LPA. Companies like TCS and Deloitte hire students. More than 50% of students got internships from the B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering course. The top roles offered are quality engineer and quality assurance.
Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure is good. The courses provided are B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, and B.Pharma. Classrooms are good and clean. Smart classrooms are also available with a projector. Wi-Fi facility is available. The hostel is good. A 24-hour Wi-Fi facility is available here. 2 times food is available in the mess. Food is provided on time in the mess. Sports like volleyball, football, and basketball are played at the AKTU University.
Faculty: Teachers are highly educated and knowledgeable in their own field. The quality of their teaching is good. Teachers perform several practicals, which students find more effective in understanding. Semester exams are not too difficult. Staff members help students understand the basics, so students easily pass the university exam.
Other: Many events are performed in the college, like Kolahala, etc. 80% of students got scholarships. The campus is highly friendly. There is no ragging.
