M.Tech. in Construction Management - Batch of 2025

My honest review about my college.
Placements: Placements are good. Though I passed during a recessionary period, the placements seemed good. I didn't personally appear for the placement since I wanted to join the same company. The best companies come to college but they also strive to provide internship offers.
Infrastructure: Hostel and mess facilities are not available for degree course in this college. Students who pursue for B.Com have to find their own lodging themselves. College does not provide hostal facilities. The first year focuses on expanding the basic knowledge acquired in class 12 on microeconomics and macroeconomics. In the second and third year, there is a shift in the course structure as you learn the advanced concepts of the two branches of economics as well as understand econometrics, financial, and international economics. Overall, the course syllabus is well planned out and on graduation, a student becomes well.
Faculty: The college is good with average research activity, not so much focus. The curriculum is set by University of Pune for all colleges affiliated to university. My last year electives were bio-informatics and artificial intelligence. Thankfully, the syllabus is changing during my batch. So, most of the things taught are in sync with technology. They are very nice. All faculty members are good and they are taking their lectures on time. They are very caring in nature towards their students. They always help students to complete their projects.

Review of MIT College of Management, MIT-ADT University.
Placements: Nearly 3/4th percentage of students got placed in the companies which are invited by the college. There will be a lot of circumstances raised for students making them face various troubles and give the confidence to come on the correct path. The rate of employability would be average when compared to some other colleges.
Infrastructure: This college was running successfully with years of excellence. Students were properly assisted by the college management. The administration of the college was so disgusting, always rushed students to pay the fees rather than asking about their worries/issues.
Faculty: Teachers were known as the best innovators, idea-givers, and pre-planners. They have a higher potential to handle all types of situations in interesting ways. So even now all our teachers are studying something related to subjects and keep themselves updated with the future technology.

The college offers the most valuable courses.
Placements: Top recruiters like Sankalp Group, Eevolvex, SBP group, Larsen and Toubro most commonly recruit students from my college. Initially, I was too worried about the placement process, but professional trainers guided me step by step and groomed me well. Such guidance is so huge and expected from the management.
Infrastructure: College with immense facilities and offering top-notch academic performance by the highly qualified teachers. All the mandatory needs were immediately arranged by the college within the first call itself. Therefore, students' hard work is noticed and rewarded.
Faculty: Teachers are the real representatives of the college, with generous thinking capabilities and broadened mindsets. They had done their degrees from recognised institutions with years of experience in the field of teaching. Still, our teachers are involved in their professional growth.

Review of MIT College of Management, MIT-ADT University.
Placements: Tata group, IL & FS, Godrej properties, CG sourcing, and Stantec are the most important recruiters for our courses. Tata Group is offering the most the highest package, which would exactly up to 25.4 lacs as a construction engineer. Students got hired in some other positions, such as construction consultant, manager, etc.
Infrastructure: It's a huge college with the potential of handling 5000+ students in a year. The auditoriums of the college had so many seats for spectators with clear audio and video technologies. There will be audio speakers fixed in all the classrooms for sharing the important announcements.
Faculty: Teachers are so connected with the industrial people that it would make us visit various industries often and gain practical experiences. Only a few of the sessions were theoretical because teachers know that practical classes enrich the students' knowledge widely.

Review of M.Tech in Construction Management.
Placements: Lodha Group, Emmar Properties, AECOM, and Hyundai are the common recruiters for the department of Master of Technology in Construction Management department. Also, Blackcat, Falkon, and L&T are remarkable recruiters with a package of Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000 for a month.
Infrastructure: It is compulsory to wear identity cards on the campus, and we can't roam on the campus without identity cards. Usually, the tags of the cards are distributed in various colors to identify the students easily. It's not possible to miss teachers in the college or to miss any classes.
Faculty: The possibility of showing differences among the students appears a few times, especially at the time of practical exams. Students with top grades are preferred to attend the external, even if any of us have completed our practical. Semester examination portions are so huge and difficult to study.

Good facilities are there for labs.
Placements: Usually, construction will have a continuous working field. Nearly 70% of students are get placed. The highest package is 60 LPA, the lowest package is 3 LPA and the average package is 8 LPA. Some major companies will recruit us, like L&T, Quality lead, Tata, etc.
Infrastructure: Frequent site visits will happen. We have to work more in the outside working field. We have seen practical planting for those whose good equipment is provided by good staff. The department's facilities are good. Good classrooms are fully furnished. Canteen food is really hygienic.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful. For practical execution, teachers will help a lot. We have to visit some sites for new learning. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. But the students should learn with maximum effort. Then only the person gets some clarity.

Review of MIT College of Management, MIT-ADT University.
Placements: The percentage of students is above average, with around 60 to 70 percent able to get one. Assistance through the placement cell is provided, and various research construction companies and other reputed ones like Tata Steel and L&T, etc., are the major and top recruiters.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good; the standard of facilities provided is also nice with relevant software and spacious classrooms, clean washrooms, and a vast collection of material in the library provided. There are stationary and on-campus medical facilities also.
Faculty: Faculty members are the core advantage and prestige of colleagues with top industry experts. They are very professional. The curriculum is vast and covers areas of construction like planning practices, tools, cost estimation, etc. The passing rate is around 70%.

The beauty of MIT ADT Pune.
Placements: There is very little placement. Placements are best for IT department students at our five companies. Namely, L&T Construction, Tata, Adani Infra, MW Construction, and Birla are coming for campus placements. 30% of students in the class are hired by them at an average package of 4 lacs per annum. A government civil internship is provided by the college at a 12k stipend. More students go for government exam preparation.
Infrastructure: The campus is extraordinarily huge; all campus status and environment are beautiful. Wi-Fi is available, but sports grounds are only open for a few hours, and no sports hours are allotted in the timetable. Classroom benches are good, and we have AC in the classroom and library. The college should provide loan facilities, as the feel of college is more. The hostel is very strict; there are some restrictions on timing, clothing, and lifestyle by the college. Mess food is average; I do not like it.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable, but management during any event is the worst; they do not have any coordination. The course has been updated to include the latest design software and construction cost management topics, making us self-reliant. Semester exams are 50% practical and 50% written exams.
Other: The college is far away from the main city.
