MIT School of Architecture MPlan is a two-year course with a total seat intake of 20. The course is offered in the full-time mode and is recognised by the Council of Architecture New Delhi. Admission to MIT SOA MPlan is done based on the performance of the candidate in GATE or PERA CET. To be eligible for the course, the aspirants must have a graduate degree in Architecture or Engineering or Technology ( Civil / Construction Engineering). Eligible candidates are required to fill out the MIT SOA application form before the deadline.

MIT SOA MPlan is offered with speicialisation in Urban and Regional Planning. The duration of the course is two-years, spread over four semesters. The curriculum of the programme is designed to help shape the policies to combat global warming and contribute to the creation of self-sufficient communities. The MIT SOA MPlan includes the following coursework:
8 Weeks Professional Training in Govt. Semi-Govt and Private Offices between 2nd and 3rd Sem
- Planning Studios on Area Development, City Development and Regional Development along with Integrated Core Courses and Electives.
As per the selection process of MPlan at MIT School of Architecture, students must get a UG degree in Architecture/ Planning/ Civil Engineering/ Technology and a PG degree in Geography or Sociology or Economics with a minimum aggregate of 55% or 5.50 CGPA (5% relaxation for reserved category). Aspirants who apply with a valid score of GATE will be given preference. Non-GATE candidates can also apply via scores of PERA CET.
