MIT SOA MPlan is offered with speicialisation in Urban and Regional Planning. The duration of the course is two-years, spread over four semesters. The curriculum of the programme is designed to help shape the policies to combat global warming and contribute to the creation of self-sufficient communities. The MIT SOA MPlan includes the following coursework:
8 Weeks Professional Training in Govt. Semi-Govt and Private Offices between 2nd and 3rd Sem
- Planning Studios on Area Development, City Development and Regional Development along with Integrated Core Courses and Electives.
As per the selection process of MPlan at MIT School of Architecture, students must get a UG degree in Architecture/ Planning/ Civil Engineering/ Technology and a PG degree in Geography or Sociology or Economics with a minimum aggregate of 55% or 5.50 CGPA (5% relaxation for reserved category). Aspirants who apply with a valid score of GATE will be given preference. Non-GATE candidates can also apply via scores of PERA CET.
