The M.Tech Course at MNIT Jaipur costs INR 1.4 Lacs - INR 2.1 lakh depending on the specialisation. The range consists of 41 different courses offered by the university which are offered in full time and part-time mode. M.Tech in Materials Science and Engineering offers the most amount and M.Tech in Embedded Systems offers the most amount of seats in the programme with 27 seats. Among part-time programmes M.Tech in Powers Systems Management offers the most amount of seats (27 seats).

The selection of candidates for BArch offered at MNIT Jaipur is based on the scores obtained by them in JEE Main Paper 2. Further, the seat allotment is carried out through JoSAA counselling. If the seats are left vacant, then the seats are filled through CSAB counselling.
