The best college after JEE is one that provides opportunities to students.
Placements: Around 80 percent of students got placed. The highest package is 24 LPA, the lowest is 5 LPA. The average is 8 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Myntra, Decimal Point, Q3 Technology, JPMc, TCS, Reliance, and Cummins. About 20 percent of students received only internships. Roles offered are analyst, finance, and core metallurgy.
Infrastructure: We have very high lecture hall. Around 40 classrooms are there with AC in every class. There are classes with soundproof walls. We have computer AC labs, a big library, hostels with average rooms, and quite large but the washrooms are not so good. The mess food is average, we have a night canteen it is good, very good medical facilities in the dispensary, all types of doctors are available, and a big sports complex.
Faculty: Teachers are very qualified and understanding. They take all the classes. Attendance is quite strict, Curriculum is good, and it makes students very tough. Semester exams are not so difficult that they can be easily passed if classes are attended properly or notes are provided. We have a pass percentage of more than 3 CGPA.
Other: I chose this course because this college offers a variety of opportunities to students. One thing I want to improve is to add more fests because we have 2 fests a year, but they are the best. I want more.

It is a good college with good infrastructure and decent placements. Hostels are decent.
Placements: Placements in the branch in MNIT Jaipur are decent. Around 70-80% of students get placed each year. The highest package is 20-25 LPA. The average package is 8 LPA. The lowest package is around 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Jindal, Tata Steel, Vedanta, Hindalco, and non-core companies like JP Morgan and TCS. The top roles offered are graduate engineer trainee, materials, and material engineer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good at MNIT. We have many labs for practical knowledge and for instruments we study in theory. The library is also good with all kinds of books, great infrastructure and environment. Wi-Fi is not good. My hostel is decent, and we have to share one room with two other persons. The quality of the food is not that great but edible. The canteen is not satisfactory. Sports and playgrounds are good.
Faculty: Some teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is not impressive. The course curriculum to not relevant enough to make students industry-ready. The difficulty level of exams is average. With a few days of study, students can pass exams. The pass percentage is 33-40%.

Premium college location, decent college, and good campus life.
Placements: Almost 70% of students got placed in my branch. The highest package is 50 LPA off-campus at Amazon. The lowest package is around 6 LPA. Top recruiting company is Vedantu. 5% of students are able to secure internships. Roles offered are engineer trainee, material engineering, and corrosion engineer.
Infrastructure: Lots of metallurgy relevant expensive machines are available like electronic microscope and x-ray diffractor, though only accessible to a select few. Wi-Fi is available but there is low speed in hostels. We have decent speed elsewhere. Medical dispensary is available. Mess food is decent on most days. Sports facilities are decent.
Faculty: Most teachers are decent and knowledgeable and some are very good. Teaching quality depends on teachers. The curriculum is a bit outdated. Though there do exist some courses that are designed to make the students industry-ready. Semester exams are sufficiently difficult to measure learning and aptitude. Pass percentage is 90%.
Other: I chose this course to get the best possible college at my rank. The college is located in the heart of the city. It has a premium location. My course is pretty easy, you will have enough time to explore and polish other skills. Improvements I could think of are more visual material that should be taught. Events and fests are good. Surroundings are peaceful and serene.

In the metallurgy department, we have decent placements, But as we know there are limited opportunities in core sectors so basically most of the students opt for tech placements.

Okay college, good 2025 placements, decent infrastructure but poor hygiene and limited facilities.
Placements: Approximately 72% of students got placed in my branch. The highest package is around 26 LPA, and the lowest salary is around 6 LPA - 7 LPA. Tata Steel, Jindal, Vedanta, JSW, and Reliance are recruiting companies. Around 7 to 8% of students got internships at JP Morgan and Google off-campus. Top roles offered are data analysis, corrosion engineer, and fabrication engineer.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is very bad in hostels but good in departments like computer science. The departments are a bit too old for branches like metallurgy, computer science, and all except electronics. Quality of hostels is bad, no proper hygiene in hostels. Sports and games are also ignored in college, and no equipments provided. Only the new hostels are good in hygiene like H15 Aravalli Hostel. But the mess food of all hostels is very bad. There is not even proper cleaning of utensils. Medical facilities are also not good just a temporary solution. Central canteen is fine.
Faculty: Except for some teachers, all are just like reading slides and just class is over. They are knowledgeable but not good at teaching. I think the course curriculum is not even relevant at present, except in some branches like metallurgy. It doesn't make students industry-ready. Semester exams are easy so you can pass exams easily or even get a good score by studying last night. Pass percentage is nearly 90%.
Other: I chose it just because you can study coding and get placed in that, and you also have the option to get placed in the core. They should teach some new things like they can mix some AI and some software like subjects in the branch. Events and fests are okay, but they can be better. The budget is I think quite low. Scholarships are good, and many students have received them. Campus crowd is decent. Extracurricular activities are zero. Campus life is okay, not a very big campus.

One of the best colleges in terms of campus life and infrastructure.
Placements: The placement scenario in my branch is better in comparison to other colleges as the average package is about 10 LPA. The highest package is 40 LPA in recent years. Also, people are pursuing higher studies in core here too very well. In the technical field also people are doing well.
Infrastructure: MNIT has one of the best infrastructure. We have our VLTC which is the biggest lecture theatre hall in Asia. All the departments have big and beautiful buildings. Prabha Bhawan which is the administrative building of MNIT is also one of the most beautiful buildings in Jaipur.
Faculty: Teachers are cooperative and helpful. They also think for students and try to integrate more fun ways to help students interact more with the subject or course. They are experienced and qualified, some being from institutes like IISc Bangalore and IIT Bombay.

Dissatisfied because of the hostel and mess but good infrastructure and sports facilities.
Placements: In my course, almost 90 % of students get placed in technical or core companies. The highest package in my course is 40 LPA and the average is 10 LPA. Many companies like Google, Microsoft, JP Morgan, and many others visit our college. Around 80% of students got internships in companies like JP Morgan, Tata, etc.
Infrastructure: Course facilities are good with good Wi-Fi facilities everywhere on campus. Labs are available for practical and research. MNIT has Asia's largest lecture hall. The college has a very good library. The computer center is available for self-study and it will open 24X7. The central center is available on campus. Good medical facilities are also available. Hostel facilities are not so good and mess facilities are very bad.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable but sometimes they don't teach interestingly and the class seems to be boring. Teacher are very helpful. Semester exams are not so difficult and you can pass them easily by studying 1 month before the exam. The pass percentage is 33%.
Other: In my campus many events held in a year. Mainly 3 main fest were held in a year cultural, technical and sports fest. Scholarships will be provided on this campus.

Satisfied with the faculty, academic standards, good placements, infrastructure, and facilities.
Placements: The placement rate for students in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering at MNIT Jaipur is approximately 88.31%. The highest, lowest, and average salary packages offered are INR 26.50 lakhs, INR 9.19 lakhs, and INR 8.25 lakhs, respectively. Some of the top recruiting companies for this program include Jindal Stainless, Reliance Industries Limited, and Tata AIG.
Infrastructure: This college provides a range of infrastructure like Wi-Fi in hostels and computer centers, classrooms, library, etc. The quality of the facilities in the hostels for very awesome. They are fully new and good-looking. The quality of food provided in the mess and canteen is awesome. On this campus, there is a wide range of facilities including medical facilities, sports, and games. Is the dispensary which is like a hospital in which specials will come on weekdays.
Faculty: Teachers in this course for very helpful. They will be available 24/7. We can contact them directly so when they are out of campus we can call them or we can male them anytime we want to regarding any doubts. Coming to the faculty those are very knowledgeable and very qualified teachers. Coming to the difficult semester exams is; I would say like okay, not too easy not too difficult. The pass percentage is 90%.

What to choose a good branch or a college.
Placements: The placement scene in the branch is very good. Almost 70% of the crowd has been placed successfully. The remaining students may take admission in the higher education domain or may explore their careers in other fields such as finance, data analysis, or photography.
Infrastructure: In our department, all the equipment is up to date. Also, new machines are added this year. There are 2 hostels allotted to the first year, H7 and H15. Hostel 7 is the old one, and Hostel 15 Aravali is the new one. The mess and water facilities are good there. Electricity is available 24 hours.
Faculty: All faculty members are experienced and are IITIANS. The curriculum is designed based on the GATE pattern. Basic manuals and tutorials are available for the courses offered in the department. Faculty members are very helpful, and mark moderation is easy.
Other: The best thing about the campus is that it is located in the middle of the city, Jaipur. Basic day-to-day requirements are fulfilled very easily.
