I had a bad experience with this college.
Placements: Around 75% of students get placed every year. The highest salary package offered is 12-13 LPA, the average salary package offered is 3 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Eicher, Ashok Leyland, and Metso.
Infrastructure: Classrooms have no air-conditioners or Wi-Fi facilities. Only fans are available in classrooms, and in summer, it gets so sweaty we can't study in the class. We have a library, which is one of the good things about our college. I personally never entered the hostel because there is no reason as I'm a day scholar.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful but not experienced. They think they know everything, but they know nothing. The topic they teach us is irrelevant compared to current technology. There is a problem with the institute, not only faculty members.
Other: I chose this course because of my family background. In my family, everyone has pursued the mechanical stream, and due to this, I had to choose mechanical. I wish they were not that strict and controllable.

Review of Modern Institute of Technology and Research Centre.
Placements: Many marketing companies like Byju's, etc., visited our college. The salary package offered ranges between 2 LPA - 4 LPA. Mechanical companies had not visited our college to recruit students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was very unique. Our college was under CCTV surveillance. Our college has a good workshop, lab, playground, and parking space.
Faculty: Our teachers were from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, so we were not able to understand their slang clearly, which made us confused. Semester exams were very difficult. The course curriculum was average but not much helpful.

Our college has excellent facilities, faculty members, and good placements.
Placements: In our department, almost 20% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TATA Motors, Ashok Leyland, etc., visit our campus. Many students in our course get internships in many high companies. The top role offered is an engineer.
Infrastructure: Our department has many facilities and infrastructure such as Wi-Fi. There are all kinds of labs. Our classrooms are very clear and projectors are available in many classrooms. A library is available in the college and Wi-Fi is available in the library.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. All teachers are very qualified and knowledgeable. The pass percentage is more than 80%.

It provided good placements in 2019 and 2020.
Placements: It has average rating placements in the mechanical engineering course. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. Companies like Tata Motors and Honda visit our college to recruit students from the mechanical course. About 30-40% of students got an internship. Mostly AutoCAD software engineer and production roles are offered to the students.
Infrastructure: All labs are available here, like CAD, FM, HT, etc. The library is available, and classrooms are also good. In the hostel rooms, we get an attached let bath, study table, and beds. A mess served good quality food. Some medical facilities are available. Some sports and games are also available.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their teaching quality is good. Here all the syllabus is covered with lab knowledge, so students make ready for industries. Semester exams are numerical based with some theory portion. About 33% is required to pass the semester exams.
Other: I have chosen this course because I want to go into the machine designing field. The best thing about our course is that it gives a good opportunity in a career as students can go in the production field, designing field, railway, government jobs, etc. Annual functions, sports activities, and quiz competitions are organised here. Scholarships are also provided. Industrial visits are also conducted by the college.

MITRC, Alwar, will make you industry-ready.
Placements: About 50% of students got placed in my course. The highest package offered is 12 LPA, the lowest package is 2.5 LPA, and the average package is 3.5 LPA. BYJU's, Talbros Automotive, Asahi India Glass, etc., companies come here. About 95% of students got internships in my course in companies like Asahi Glass, Mikuni India, SSB Forge, Honda, Daikin etc.
Infrastructure: B.Tech mechanical engineering batch has a separate production lab, with all types of conventional machines and a CNC machine. A library is available, Wi-Fi facility is also available. IC engine lab, Cad-Cam lab, finite element analysis lab, drafting lab, etc., are available.
Faculty: All the teachers at MITRC, Alwar, are well-qualified, and this is the only thing that attracts me more towards this college. All the faculty members are from IITs and NITs, and all the lab in charges are M.Tech qualified from reputed colleges. The course curriculum is relevant to the industry and makes students industry-ready.
Other: I chose this course because of my passion for mechanical engineering and MITRC for its faculty members. Things that can improve this course is to finance the students for their final year projects. An annual fest, Teacher's day and fresher's party are conducted every year. Scholarships are available for eligible students.

I think this is the best college.
Placements: 70-80% of students got placed, depending on the student's capabilities. The average package offered is 4-12 Lacs per annum. Many companies visit the college for placements. There are many options for internships, and students get good knowledge by doing an internship.
Infrastructure: The topmost faculty members are available here. They are qualified from good colleges. They are very helpful and give knowledge about everything. The college has good infrastructure and greenery for refreshment. There is Wi-Fi in lots of labs and classrooms. There are lots of faculty members for every subject. Good hostel and food facilities are available. They treat students like their own children. There are canteen medical facilities for students. Many activities are conducted for students.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and intelligent, and they give proper information about everything. They are friendly with students. They also prepare students for other exams and also prepare them mentally.
Other: The college intake is only 60-90 students per batch to handle well and give good results. They conduct both online and offline classes. The teachers are motivating and also help us in every situation. They create lots of activities to refresh our mind and give us a chance to show our talent.

Good faculty staff makes better students.
Placements: MITRC college is ranked amongst the top 50 colleges in Rajasthan with a good placement percentage. The average number of students placed in the year 2019 was 75% with the highest package of 10 Lac and an average salary of 20K. Top recruiters include Kirloskar, Byju, Jaro education, Mahindra. And many more. In mechanical branch, Approximately 98% students got the chance to be an intern in mainstream core companies like Maruti Suzuki, Kirloskar, Jcb and further more.
Infrastructure: The classrooms were good with the capacity of 90 students and the ergonomics of the labs was also good enough as the equipments, tools, devices were so nicely arranged that the chances of any mishap were negligible. Library was the place where bunking feels like relaxing and enjoying. Neither the hostel rooms were good nor the Food quality. Due to this, Most of the students chooses to be a day scholar. Also, College's cricket team went to the semi-finals of the university cricket league.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members were M.Tech degree holder from the institute of national importance like IITs, NITs. Etc. They were so supportive and motivating that the students never feel hesitated to discuss even the simple doubts, which makes every student to be industry-ready.
Other: Stream of Mechanical is called the 'Evergreen Branch' of engineering, as it opens up several options in many sectors whether private or public for the students who pursued graduation in this stream. Our college every year organizes college fests, farewell with full zeal and honour.
