It is a number 2 college in Nellore district.
Placements: NBKR Institute of Science and Technology is very good for placements. In 2018, about 75% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 20 LPA. Companies which visit here are MNCs like TCS, Wipro, Capgemini and Cognizant. The placement team is very helpful to students to get placed in such MNCs.
Infrastructure: There is a girls and boys hostel facility with free Wi-Fi. All departments have individual labs. In the central library, a lot of books are available to study, and there are fun books and storybooks. Every department has different digital libraries. Here all the books for particular departments are available.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members here are PhD holders. The placement cell is very useful for students to get placed in IT industry. The teaching quality is very good, and teachers used projectors and labs to teach in a practical way. The pass percentage of semester exams is really good. About 80% of students really passed.

This college gives more relevant requirements and placements of desirable students.
Placements: Around 90% of students were placed. The average salary package offered was 2 LPA. Infosys, Wipro, L&T, Lintel, Byju's were the top recruiting companies. Our college was in Nellore district famous. Infosys company was the most relevant company to offering the job with many students, and TCS also giving more chance to students it's also considered.
Infrastructure: Every civil-related laboratory was provided in this college, mainly teachers were practically teaching all subjects and laboratory. Cricket and all others games were there in this college, everything was there, and all requirements were available for students.
Faculty: Some teachers were good to teach, but a few teachers were not good. Semester exams were not difficult, they were easy to pass with particular effect in subjects syllabus. Teaching and learning were also more important to studying during exams, and the pass percentage was 20%.
Other: I opted for this course, because of my fathers' inspiration. The laboratory working and events were held in this college and students enjoyed a lot.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as options or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, or any other examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana, with the mentioned marks in aggregate (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) or equivalent along with bridge course or courses conducted by it for candidates enrolled from the academic year 2000 onwards. Candidates who have appeared for the final year of 10+2 and who are awaiting for their results are also eligible to apply on provisonal basis.
