A candidate seeking admission to a NID Gandhinagar MDes course must fulfil the criteria mentioned below:
- Bachelor's degree of at least four years duration in any stream from a recognised university.
- Pass in graduation and only candidates born on or after 1 July 1991 are eligible to apply for admission to the General Category and EWS Category.
