BDes stands for Bachelor of Design. It is an undergraduate course offered by MIT Institute of Design with a three years duration. Its a famous course in the field of designing. The institution offers eleven specialisation i.e. Graphic, Product, Transportation Design, etc. To get into the BDes programme canidate should be eligible for the programme and must passed the two phase admission procedure round: MIT DAT, personal interview and studio test.

Step 2: Selection round of MIT Institute of Design includes studio tests followed by personal interviews conducted separately. Des. in Interior Space and Furniture Design at MIT Institute of Design is a 2 years course at the PG level. The course offers admission to 150 students. 150 students can do an M.Des at MIT Institute of Design for a year respectively. MIT Institute offers an entrance exam for around 250 to 300 hundred students. So at least 150 students get a seat in the MIT Institute of Design.
