“SARTHAK" -The Financial Assistance Scheme
Purpose-
To provide financial assistance to meritorious, needy and deserving students, belonging to the economically weaker sections of the society.
Under this scheme financial assistance to undergraduate students shall be provided as follows:
1.Parental Income ceiling per annum Rs. 1.5 Lakhs will be provided with financial assistance of 100% of tuition fee.
2..Parental Income ceiling per annum Above Rs. 1.5 Lakhs up to Rs. 2.5 Lakhs will be provided with financial assistance of 75% of tuition fee.
3.Parental Income ceiling per annum above Rs. 2.5 Lakhs up to Rs. 4.0 Lakhs will be provided with financial assistance of 50% of tuition fee.
Under this Scheme financial Assistance shall be provided to postgraduate students at the campus as follows:
1.Parental income ceiling per annum Rs. 1.5 Lakhs will get financial assistance of 75% of tuition fee.
2.Parental income ceiling per annum above Rs. 1.5 lakh up to Rs. 2.5 Lakhs will get financial assistance of 50% of tuition fee.
3.Parental income ceiling per annum above Rs. 2.5 lakh up to Rs. 4.0 Lakhs will get financial assistance of 25% of tuition fee.
“UDAAN”- NIFT Scholarship scheme for foreign studies.
Purpose-
To provide financial assistance to meritorious students belonging to economically weaker sections, to
enable them to avail the scope of foreign studies as available in NIFT with collaborating partner institutions.
The cost of attending NIFT Bhopal differs on the programme and lifestyle choices of the individual. Tuition fees range from Rs. 6.07 Lacs to Rs. 12.78 L for UG programs and Rs.6.16 L for the Master of Fashion Management. Living costs range from Rs. 12 K to Rs. 24 K per year for hostel. Some more expenses are food, course materials, transportation, laundry and personal care. The total estimated annual cost ranges from Rs. 1 L to Rs. 2 L. NIFT Bhopal offers scholarships and financial aid options to help the students in managing these costs.
The total tuition fee for NIFT Bhopal BDes is INR 9.02- 12.34 lakh. The fee excludes hostel and one-time fee payment. Aspirants who have completed all the selection rounds can confirm their seat by paying the course fee. Apart from the programme fee, aspirants also need to pay a registration fee. The application fee for Open-EWS Category is INR 3,000. There is a concession in the registration fee for SC/ ST/ PwD Category.
At the undergraduate level, NIFT Bhopal offers BDes programmes to students. BDes is provided in six specialisations. The fee for BDes is INR 6.07 Lacs - INR 12.78 lakh. At the postgraduate level, NIFT Bhopal offers two-year MFM programmes to students. The total fee for the MFM programme is INR 6.16 lakh. The college also provides certificate and various other courses to students. The total fee for the certificate course is INR 34,270 - INR 85,500. Placements: Honesty, I don't know much about it. I just entered my 2nd year of college, but according to my seniors, the placements have been good in the past. The average package offered is 12 lacs; the lowest is something around 6-7 lacs per year; the highest is 15-18 lacs per year.
Placements: There are a total of 40 students in my department right now. We are the first batch to graduate. The average package offered in FC is 4 lakhs, and the highest is up to 12 lakhs. Companies like Shopper's Stop, Marks & Spencer, NDTV, Vogue, Reliance, etc., are hiring. It's still a new department here, so we have no seniors and thus no records on that yet. Visual merchandising, graphic design, UI UX design, fashion forecasting, and styling, etc., are part of our curriculum.
Placements: About 60% of students were placed in prestigious companies last year. Although you have to work really hard to get a placement, the package you can get ranges from 15 LPA to 50 LPA. It depends on your portfolio and the kind of work you have done. You have to do your best in Juree.
Placements: Lifestyle, reliance are two of the top recruiting companies. Average package for students in the previous batch was 4 Lacs per annum. Maximum students from the previous batch were offered good internships with top companies. One of the best placement from previous batch was in Lifestyle Dubai.
Placements: 1. Many were placed. The placement gives lots of opportunities to the students, as many of the students already get PPO (Preplacement offers). 2. Some of the companies that participated in placement were Shantanu and Nikhil, Anju Modi, Rangoli furnishings, Shades of India, Vardhaman, Gulmoharlane, Studio Hauz etc. 3. NIFT Bhopal MFM cutoff 2025 for Round 1 was 263 among the General category students under the AII India quota. The cutoff ranks vary for different rounds and categories. The institute accepts the NIFT 2025 entrance exam scores, followed by a counselling process for MFM admission. Refer to the table

The requirement for MFM at NIFT Bhopal is a recognised graduate degree from a university or a three-year undergraduate Diploma in NIFT or NID. No particular stream is restricted. The candidates should also pass the NIFT Entrance Examination. Final choice is through counselling.
